Perfect break

We had a great stay at Bini Belen and will definitely be returning in the future. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos online, the beds are comfy and the pool/pool area is a great size. When we were there, it was so quiet. Its located excellently in between Binibeca and Cala Torret, where there are some brilliant restaurants and bakeries in walking distance. Paul was an excellent host, when we had a few questions (about Binibeca) and they replied within a super quick timeframe. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cosy villa

We had a very happy and relaxing stay here. The area is just beautiful and the street is peaceful. The villa is within easy reach of Binibeca Vell, Binibeca Nou, and Cala Torret by foot for shopping, eating out and the beach. You can also get to the airport, Mahon, the waterpark, and Punta Prima easily by taxi. There are some bus services too. You might need to hire a car to go further afield but we managed ok without it. There is a great handbook at the villa with phone numbers, local info and recommendations. The property managers are very helpful and sort out any problems very quickly. The villa itself and all the outdoor facilities are in good condition. Great pool. There is a small glimpse of the sea from the outdoor porch. It's a lovely place to stay for a small family or group.

Stunning villa in fantastic location

Beautiful, clean villa with everything you could need. Location is ideal - just a short ten minute max walk to shops and restaurants. Several beautiful beaches nearby too. Would highly recommend this villa and Paul the owner is extremely helpful.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this property in Menorca. The property was exactly like the pictures and perfect for a small family. Very clean and well maintained. At night very peaceful in a quiet neighbourhood. There are a small number of restaurants & supermarket a short walk away but to get the most of your stay it would be recommended to hire a car. Paul as a host very good, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend / stay again in future.

The property is in a great location, close to all amenities and the beach

We had a great holiday in Binibeca. The property has everything you would need and is decorated to a high standard. It is located close to all amenities and all within a easy 5-10 min walk. Paul was very helpful and replied to all questions quickly. We would look to return in the future.

Great family holiday in idyllic location

We loved calling Bini Belén home for 2 weeks. The property had everything we were hoping for plus more…great pool and facilities, contemporary design with authentic character, beautiful and quiet area which was only a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Communication with Paul was great throughout the process. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Perfectly maintained villa in a quiet location but close to amenities. The swimming pool was great and cleaned twice while we were staying. The space inside the villa was perfect for us and the seaview was a bonus! It was very clean and the owner was really easy to communicate with, they even let us check-in early! The only downside were the pillows in the main bedroom, they were pretty hard and flat.

Great holidays

We chose Paul’s place for a two week vacation in Menorca and the experience couldn’t be better, the house is cozy and practical, the swimming pool a great place to spend some time after a long day at the beach and the neighborhood is calm and beautiful, definitely a place we’d happily go back. Fantastic Break

Great property for our week in Menorca. Incredibly well appointed place with all the facilities you can want. Paul provided help as and when needed and was really accommodating on checkout to allow us to stay a little longer as we had a flight later in the day. Easily walkable to local shops in about 5/10 minutes and good restaurants in Cala Torret about 15 minutes walk. The back garden is a little sun trap as well with the pool great to cool off

Fantastic villa in a great location and only a ten minute walk to village.

No complaints at all Paul the owner was very helpful when we contacted him about info regarding villa and other things to do with area. Overall a very positive experience with the rental and dealing with Paul. If we go back to this area we will definitely book this villa again. Villa has been renovated to a high standard and has everything you would want. Binibeca itself is a beautiful location which has many places to eat and have a drink. Stunning villa and village.

Perfecto

La casa está recién reformada, todo nuevo y dispone de todos los utensilios necesarios nuevos. La piscina perfecta y las instalaciones también lo están. Además había pequeñas cosas como café, sal, aceite... para poder pasar la estancia sin tener que comprar. La decoración cuidada con detalle. Recomiendo la casita a parejas o familias con niños. La casa es una maravilla. Gracias a Paul que ha estado pendiente en todo momento de mis mensajes.
