Große und geräumige 4 Schlafzimmervilla hat sich in Lapta niedergelassen. Das Anwesen befindet sich in exzellentem Zustand und ist durchgehend neu dekoriert. Die Küste und der Strand von Sardunya sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Die Villa bietet Platz für 10 Personen (mit Einzelbett und Kinderbett) und verfügt über einen 10 x 5 m großen Pool mit verschiedenen Terrassen und herrlichem Meer- und Bergblick. Das Erdgeschoss profitiert von einer hellen, offenen Küche, die in den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer führt.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Poolbereich. Es gibt auch ein großes Duschbad auf dieser Ebene, so dass Sie nicht nach oben gehen müssen.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Ensuite befinden sich im Obergeschoss sowie 2 weitere Schlafzimmer und ein neu ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Alle Zimmer sind hell und bieten Meer- oder Bergblick. Sie sind voll klimatisiert.

Lovely villa in quiet location

Large villa with beautiful pool and outside space was perfect for me and my extended family ! We were a family including grandparents and teenage children and a young baby - the villa was perfect for our needs. Begona was excellent from booking to departure and communication Was excellent. The property manager (Mehmet) very helpful and on hand if required - we didn’t need anything but he checked in on us by message a couple of times to ensure all ok which was nice of him. Thank you Begona for everything and we would not hesitate to recommend your property for a stay in Northern Cyprus - great location to explore the island !

Comfortable but tatty

Nothing was checked if it worked spent a fortune on batteries for all remote controls, dishwasher tray broken plaster falling off inside walls all outside furniture broken cushions filthy and ripped. Flower pot large by patio cigarette bits and cat muck, no washing line completely broken no fans worked. Telly didn’t work lots wrong very poor villa.

Lovely villa

We had a two week stay at this lovely villa. Fabulous pool,great weather super speedy response with any questions or queries we had from owner and manager. The only downside for us was the restaurants on the strip were too far to walk so we needed a car as we really struggled to get taxis after trying several taxi company’s. We used the bus ( on the main road) during the second week which was very cheap to get up and down the strip and into Kyrenia. Overall good stay! The villa is comfortable and well equipped for large groups. We all loved the costal cafe for breakfast - super friendly owner great English & Turkish breakfasts 😃 The wild duck restaurant/ bar was great for a midday cocktail and we enjoyed lovely meals at sea point and driftwood restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay. Kelly and family

Wow!!!

Such an amazing place to stay! Honestly couldn't have asked for any more. The pool was just perfect, especially the steps for my toddler and disabled mother. It was easily accessible, and provided hours of entertainment in the beautiful sunshine. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom was brilliant for my disabled mother, no need to try and climb the stairs. The support from Begona and Mehmet was much appreciated. Our first night the street had a power cut, Mehmet came straight over and called the electricity board to ensure they we're coming to fix it. He made sure in the early hours of the morning that it got fixed- this was hugely appreciated. Would definitely look at booking this villa again. The location was perfect to drive around and see the sights of North Cyprus.

Great villa with great views

Where do you start with this Villa? It has everything you need and more for a great time. Villa is spotless, pool is huge, lots of areas to chill and spend time with family. Stunning views of the sea and mountains from the upstairs bedrooms. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Mehmet the property manager met us on arrival with a welcome hamper and a bottle of wine which was a lovely added touch. Communication with Begoña was great and she was able to recommend things to do in the area. We will be back!

Excellent villa with all the amenities required

Hassle free holiday rental . Good location very peaceful and quiet. Lovely pool area with excellent sun beds and ample shade if required. Comfy beds and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms

Marvellous Holiday

What a beautiful house! Everything has been thought of from beach and pool towels to barbecue and welcome pack. Begona was superb and ever so helpful before we arrived and Mehmet, the property manager, continued that experience. I can’t fault them or the house. The pool was stunning and everything we could wish for was there. Local restaurants were all great and everyone was so friendly. Thank you Begona and Mehmet for making our holiday so joyous. Would definitely come again and most definitely recommend this property.

Lovely villa in quiet neighbourhood

The villa is well appointed and very comfortable. It was a perfect holiday property for our family of grown up children and their partners. There are plentiful pool side loungers and outdoor seating, different tables to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The open plan downstairs was cool and breezy when the windows were open. The swimming pool is delightful and well maintained. The villa managers were super helpful and immediately available when the need arose (a leak from the solar panel system was fixed within an hour). We enjoyed nearby restaurants, the tiny simple cafe on the Lapta walk, provisioning at the nearby supermarket and swimming in the nearby cove where we even saw a turtle. A lovely holiday.

I'm originally from Spain and my husband is Turkish Cypriot, living in the UK. We wanted a holiday home that we could enjoy with the children as they were growing up. We fell in love with Lapta and have enjoyed coming here and making memories for the last 14 years!

This part of Lapta is unique in that we are on the coast side of the town, so very close to the sea. There is a great walkway all along the seafront just a few minutes from the villa. Amenities such as shops, restaurants, and beach clubs are just a 5-minute drive away.

The villa is ideal for families with 3 bathrooms and 4 large bedrooms there is plenty of space not to feel on top of each other. Having a bedroom and shower room downstairs is ideal for guests with disabilities, older people who find it difficult to go upstairs, and parents with young children.
The pool area has plenty of entertaining space for large groups,
guests often comment how it's so much fun and made their holiday!
