Just a short walk to the beach and located on the southside of 30A this home is sure to please all fifteen lucky guests that decide to vacation here. The home comes with its own private pool and features a TIki Bar for evening entertainment. Upon entering the home you will find sophisticated yet comfortable furnishings. Both the Main House and the Guest House feature fully equipped kitchens . The Main House living area has a large flat screen TV for entertainment and leads directly out to the pool deck. Each of the bedrooms also have a wall mounted TV. The Master Bedroom has a full luxury en suite bathroom that features two raised square sinks on vanities, a soaking tub in alcove, as well as a walk-in shower. The sleeping quarters include a King Size bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen Size beds in the two Guest Bedrooms along with a queen-sized futon and queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Main House:
First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen with Bar Seating, Powder Room, Laundry.
Second Floor: King Master Suite with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom, Den with Queen Futon, Full Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.
Guest House:
