Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at many condos in PCB and this was one of my favorites! Perfect size for 2, and would be great if you also had 2 kids because of the double bunk in hall. Everything worked as it should, including the washer and dryer. Sofa and love seat was very comfortable. King bed was ok, starting to sag a little, but was ok for us. Property was perfect! The little food restaurant on property was great!! Pools were clean and little shop had things if you need extra toiletries. Easy walking distance for ice cream at Hershey's or going to Moby Dicks. Across the street we ate at Hammerhead Fred's. This was a girls trip to read and relax,we didn't even rent a car and it had all we needed. I do wish all condos would have a crockpot for easy meals and all owners should consider having a table stored that would make it easy for people who are working remote to set up a work station. We would definitely stay here again. Kenny, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with! One draw back to the property is allowable parking for a visitor. Since we did not have a car and didn't buy a parking pass, the property wouldn't allow our friend living in the area to come park on-site to see us one evening. She had to pick us up off side nearby and then we had to go out to eat instead of eating at the condo.

Great Condo

Overall this property was great. Decorated very nicely. Clean and stocked with all things for the beach. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I think the mattress needs to be replaced.

Amazing

The check-in process was smooth, the space was clean, and the view From the balcony was AMAZING!! The included beach chairs were a huge bonus. There’s a small market, bar, and restaurant on site. Once I checked in, I didn’t move my car until departure. I didn’t want or need to. The location was perfect for me.

Beautiful beach

The condo was perfect for us! It was our first vacay without kids. We had a great time. The beach was perfect, pools were too! Can’t wait to go back! Loved the location, we were able to walk to several restaurants and shops!

Room was nice. Location was good. The only complaint i had was the consistent smell of someone around our room smoking pot. Had to go in room and close door to get away from smell of it. Not all of us are pot heads and care to smell that crap.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was a beautiful condo but it was not clean when I checked in. The kitchen sink soaked my entire face when I used it, it was inoperable. The floors turned my feet black and was not clean at all. The bed had sand between the fitted and flat sheet. I removed and there was sand on the bed protector and on top of the bedspread on every bed in the unit. I swept gobs of sand, food wrappers and hair. There was poop in floor in front of toilet and dog poop beside dresser in master bdrm. It had beautiful furnishings but was not clean at all. The dryer had a build up of lint so bad it wouldn’t dry(fire hazard). The baseboards and cabinets were pretty much disgusting.. idk what to say. I slept on a sheet on the sofa.. due to sand in the bed and no vacuum

Don't count on maintenance showing up if there is a problem

Upon entering the condo, the sliding door to the balcony porch was open about an inch, causing our initial impression of the room to be the smell of fish and weed smoke. We were never able to get it to stay closed. Clogged shower had us wading in filth during showers. Despite notifying property manager on day 1, maintenance never made it. We stayed a week. A discount would be nice. P.S. bring trash bags and dishwasher pods if you plan on throwing anything away or washing dishes. Previous occupant just threw trash in the bottom of the can and noone bothered to clean it out between stays. I wish pics could be posted. Maybe on Google...

Beach Front Condo

Great property. There is a "gentleman's club" across the street which isn't family friendly and a lot of weed smoke in the air but other than that, it's a good location. It's big enough to have a crowd but not overly crowded where there is no room in the pools/beach. Our condo was clean and nicely decorated, as advertised on Vrbo.

Reserve it!!

Lovely decorated and very clean condo. The toys on the balcony for little ones is a sweet gesture, loved the precious beach house guest book to write in. Great memories made with my 18 yrs old daughter. Walk the beach to Pineapple Willy’s, eat at Bikini Bob’s on site (save the pineapple in your freezer for 1/2 off drink refills), and take the jet skis out on the Gulf!! Perfect location, highly recommend, will be back for this unit! Loved it, hate to leave for home in Ohio …

Short get away

The condo was perfect. Had everything you could possibly need and so cute. The elevators were slow. We went during spring break not realizing it was spring break. Won’t make that mistake again. To many kids and very crowded and loud. We would stay in that condo again over all had a very nice time. The property manager kept in contact with us and even sent recommendations on place to go.

First time in Panama City Beach

The property itself in much need of repair. Elevators were the worst. Beach was beautiful and the pool area was nice. The unit needed some upgrades. The bed was why to soft and the bedroom needed blackout curtains. The patio screen door was broke and the slider between the bathrooms was difficult to move. Overall the place was clean and cozy.

We love staying at the Summit. We have for several years. Our host is great in making sure everything is correct. The condo is fantastic. However, the property needs to fix their elevators. Usually, at least one is out of order. This is a busy condo. Lots of waiting on elevators. This does not reflect on the host or condo. That part is amazing.
