Egal, ob Sie eine Golfpause auf dem Old Course, einen Familienurlaub am Strand oder eine erholsame Pause am Meer suchen, St. Andrews bietet alles. Das 3c Gillespie Terrace ist ideal gelegen, um die Stadt und das umliegende Kingdom of Fife zu erkunden.

3c Gillespie Terrace ist eine helle, attraktive Wohnung im ersten Stock, die sich im hinteren Teil eines viktorianischen Hauses in der Scores Street befindet. Andrews. Das Apartment ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Old Course entfernt und liegt ideal zum Strand und zum historischen Stadtzentrum.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmern, einem komfortablen Wohnzimmer und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die Wohnung wurde zu einem hohen Standard renoviert und bietet Platz für 4 Personen.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten. Es gibt auch ein Klappbett im Hauptschlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine eigene Dusche und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Waschbecken.
Das Wohnzimmer ist in einen Wohnbereich mit Schlafsofa, Sesseln, Fernseher und HiFi-Anlage sowie einen separaten Essbereich unterteilt.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Gasherd, elektrischem Ventilator, Mikrowelle, Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Spülmaschine. Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien wie Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster sind reichlich vorhanden.
Es gibt ein Duschbad mit Massagedusche, WC, Waschbecken und Rasiersteckdose. Holzlaminatböden sind in der gesamten Wohnung verlegt.

Die Wohnung wird mit Gaszentralheizung beheizt.

Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt.

Das Parken auf der Gillespie Terrace ist kostenlos. In der Regel ist es möglich, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Apartments zu finden. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Zugriff
Die Eingangstür der Wohnung führt in die Lobby im Erdgeschoss der 3 Gillespie Terrace. Es gibt eine einzige Treppe von der Haustür zu den Wohnbereichen.

Great stay

We loved the flat! The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, the flat is very clean and the view from the windows in the gardens is beautiful.The flat is extremely well located, the beach is right on the doorstep. Hilary is a perfect host, she reacted very fast and the check in process was very easy. My daughter and I had a wonderful time.

Great place for a golf trip

Walking out every morning and being able to see the ocean, R&A building and Old Course 1st tee box and 18th green was incredible. Great location and everything we needed.There were just 2 of us on this trip so more than enough space. If it were 2 couples, it might be a little tight but it was perfect for our needs.The owners clearly care and have everything in great condition and excellent communication.

Great stay, very nice flat

We had a great stay at this property. We love the location and the fact that free parking is available right off the Scores and also nearby. The flat was clean and comfortable. It was freezing when we arrived (St Andrews was experiencing a colder-than-usual storm), so it took awhile to get the heat on and adjusted properly. It worked perfectly for our needs for the week. The owners were very responsive.

Excellent location and facilities

My adult son and I stayed for one week while I was at the university. The apartment is extremely well set-up and in an ideal location for me to walk to my programme and for my son to explore St Andrews and the surrounding area.

The flat was as advertised. All communications with Siggy and Hilary were quick and easy, and they even went out of their way to make an adjustment to our arrival time. Perfect flat on St Andrews doorstep

I loved my stay at this flat! Beautiful location overlooking the North Sea, the flat was very well stocked, immaculately clean, quiet and cozy. I was able to walk everywhere in town and to golf without needing a car, and my morning walks along the West Sands will be memories I cherish for years to come. Hilary was a fantastic host - very easy to reach, ad quick to reply. I highly recommend staying here on you next trip to St Andrews!

Bucket list item with best golf friend

My best golf friend and I met 30 years ago this year, when he moved from Boston to Cincinnati. We’ve been playing golf together ever since, and thought St Andrews was a fitting destination to celebrate our “30th anniversary”. This property was perfect for us, as the layout of the apartment is great, and you can’t beat the location. Old Course right down the road and everything else (pubs, restaurants, shopping) is a two minute walk. The hosts were fantastic. Could not have been better. Cheers! Keith & John

Toilet issue

The location was amazing for my golfing husband. Close to Old Course and many other courses. The entrance to the property was unkept and uninviting. Problem with toilet not flushing. Called owners. They suggested dumping bucket of water into bowl. Worked, but never heard back from them about plumber. It was a long week hauling water from Kitchen to bathroom. Sad issue.

Outstanding Stay

We have been to St. Andrews many times and stayed at various hotels and guest houses. Nothing compares to this terrific apartment. The location is stunning, right next to the Old Course and sited on the Scores so that your first view every morning was the vista of the North Sea and the expanse of golf courses. The apartment is immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. I have never been in a better equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making our breakfast each morning and looking out on the pretty neighboring gardens. The location is the best. We could walk to the golf courses, the grocery store, and all restaurants. We took advantage of the Fife Coastal Walk and beach walks as well. Hosts Siggy and Hillary were exceedingly responsive and have the easiest checkin process and key system. They answered the few questions we had immediately. We felt as though we were staying in a friends home, not a leased apartment. We could not recommend this property more highly and wish that there was a ten star rating available!

Great little flat

This is a super flat, clean and with lots of amenities. Location is excellent. My husband and I were here with our adult son for my daughters graduation. Enjoyed many long walks on West Sands, practically right out the door.

We have been coming to St Andrews over many years since the 1990s and absolutely love it here. It's become our relaxing retreat. We can park the car free on the road, forget it, and stroll into the town centre, a couple of streets away, or walk for miles along the West Sands - can't beat it!

Fantastic location with everything on the doorstep. The R&A and Old Course are at the end of the road, the West Sands just beyond, the Aquarium & Rock pools just opposite.
