Das Condo befindet sich in günstiger Lage, nur 3,2 km vom Resort, Carolina Hotel und Pinehurst Village entfernt. Das PCC Clubhouse ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Fabelhafte Golffrontlage mit Blick auf die 17. Fairway von # 5. Treppen, die von der geschlossenen Veranda zum Fairway führen, ermöglichen einen einfachen Zugang zum Golfplatz und einen gemütlichen Spaziergang zum Dorf.
Komplett mit Massivholzböden, voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Granit und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, Kingsize-Master, 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, 3. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Beide Bäder sind brandneu mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und bequeme Möbel, um mit Ihrer Familie und Freunden zu entspannen.
Es können auch Arrangements für unbegleitete Mitgliedergolfplätze im Pinehurst Country Club angeboten werden (begrenzte Verfügbarkeit - max. 30 Tage im Voraus).
Es gibt 40 Golfplätze innerhalb einer Autostunde. Raleigh und Durham sind nur eine Autostunde entfernt.

A truly great place to stay!

I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this condo! My husband and I have stayed here on several occasions and always leave planning our return. It is comfortable, well appointed, has a great kitchen, is conveniently located, and the screened porch complete with a grill is just awesome! We can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful condo and the location to PCC and other golf courses is perfect. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen served our family perfectly. Would certainly recommend if you are looking to visit the Pinehurst area!

Wonderful Condo!!

This was the second time that my husband and I stayed in Joann’s lovely home and, again, it was wonderful! The condo has everything you could want or need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the condo is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back - again!!

Such a Lovely Home!

My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend in Joann’s beautiful condo! Great location, lovely furnishings and a very well stocked kitchen made staying in extremely enjoyable! We could not have asked for a better place to spend our weekend away. The screened in porch with electric grill was an added bonus that we used all weekend. Would definitely stay here again - and very much hope to!!

Golf Tournament Lodging

The property was great, we were pleasantly surprised to see such a clean well updated unit. You won’t find anything in the area this close to the Pinehurst resort with all the amenities of home In such great condition. Check was super easy, communication was great, couldn’t have been happier with the stay!

Wonderful trip

The place was more than I needed but extremely comfortable and in great shape. Very close proximity to the Pinehurst Clubhouse and Village. The only possible thing I could say negative would be the amount of pollen covering the deck and furniture on it. I did sweep it off with a provided broom. Other than that the place was very nice and very comfortable.

This pictures don't do thia place justice. It was nice place to stay for my family (2 kids, 2 adults) and my in-laws. Very clean, nice area, spacious. I had to message owner about something and she was quick to respond. We would gladly go back and stay here again!

It’s a 10!

Can’t say enough positive things about this property. Joann was very accommodating and she really takes care of her place. I am a self proclaimed clean freak and I have to say that unlike all the other properties I have stayed at in the past, this was by far the cleanest and most well-kept. Everything was provided for and when we revisit Pinehurst, I will definitely be renting this property again! Thanks for a clean, spacious, nicely decorated stay!

Very comfortable! Great open layout for socializing.

This property is very nicely appointed and quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the open layout, which allows folks in the kitchen to be involved in whatever's happening in the living room.
