Das ehemalige "Musterhaus" befindet sich auf einem der größten Wohngrundstücke in Lake Havasu City. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein Super Game Room (Zi # 4) und liegt nur 3 1/2 Häuserblocks von der London Bridge entfernt .
Wir haben gerade den Pool und den Whirlpool neu verputzt und den kühlen Belag auf der gesamten hinteren Terrasse neu verputzt.
Das riesige Spielzimmer verfügt über ein Shuffleboard, einen Foose Ball-Tisch, Basketballkörbe, einen Billardtisch und Airhockey. Die riesige, kreisförmige Einfahrt bietet ausreichend Parkplätze für alles, was Sie ziehen können. Dieses Haus hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf den See. Es ist ein Nichtraucher-NON-Party-Haus und wir möchten, dass unsere Gäste es so halten. Wir haben kürzlich alle Böden in allen Schlafzimmern mit Hartholz gestrichen und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Wir haben auch 4 Vollholz-Etagenbetten zu Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hinzugefügt. Wir machen ständig Updates, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt so angenehm wie bei uns ist.

Amazing Lake Home

This was an amazing vacation home! It had all amenities. You literally only need to pack your clothes. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook or BBQ. It was a great location close to the marina and centrally located with stores, restaurants and gas stations on the same street. Will definitely be booking again!

Great time would stay again

Awesome house, we had 3 cars and 3 boats the long circular driveway was perfect and made getting in and out a breeze. Super close to tons of fast food our young adults loved being able to walk to food and the bars. The house had everything we needed, extra towels extra blankets extra fans. We grilled one night and hung out by the pool which was great, tons of seating for a large group. The game room was fun and helped to have the two living rooms for everyone to spread out. Would definitely stay again. Communication with the owner was easy.

We were in town for the Desert Storm boat show. The property location is great, close to London Bridge area, restaurants, grocery stores. We made a few meals and ate outside on patio by the pool. We would definitely rent again.

This home met our family's needs perfectly! We traveled with our two daughters, son-in-law and grandson - 18 months - it met all of our needs perfectly! We stayed at this property 2 years ago as well. Sadly the property hasn’t seen much love in the 2 year period. No working lights in master, difficulty closing patio door, towels etc not ready on our arrival. Not a bad experience - just disappointing lack of maintenance and care…

Annual family trip

Truly enjoyed the home. It was well stocked, spacious and centrally located to all amenities. The gas barbecue grill was clean and easy to use. We barbecue our entire stay, so a clean working grill is important. The pool was nice with plenty of outdoor seating for the entire family. I would have given 5 stars in all categories except the front and back yard were not tidy. There was scaffolding, ladders and tools left in the back and side yard. Found that unattractive when enjoying the back yard. Overall it was a great experience!

Great Location

We were three couples staying in Lake Havasu for the first time. There are several positive attributes about this property: excellent communication with the owner, a well-stocked kitchen, fun game room and good outdoor cooking options, including two grills. Sadly, there were many negatives: dirty bathrooms, including one with a frito and hair on the floor; dirty dishes and silverware in the drawers and cupboards; dusty and neglected backyard with no landscaping; tools, wheelbarrow, and other debris laying around; hot tub jets not working properly; untidy front porch area, and old outdoor furniture that was not as pictured. There was a general feel of neglect and lack of maintenance. Overall, this house has great potential, and is very spacious. We enjoyed the great location and beautiful sunsets.

30th birthday getaway

The house was perfect location! Nice space inside. Beds very comfortable. He was nice enough to let us access the pool before our check-in time :) Some issues we had were two burners not working on the stove, dishwasher not working (and you couldn’t even put dishes in to dry because the whole unit would fall out), food already in fridge and freezer, fridge water and ice machine didn’t work, and there were clean towels and clothing from the owners on one of the beds when we arrived. The trash dumpsters were already full when 12 of us arrived, so we had nowhere except the side of the house to put all the cans and trash we went through in the four days.

Well....the house is ok. The location is good. The pool and spa were unusable and we didn't get any notice. We got a slight refund but nothing worthy of NOT having a spa to use,as that was a major reason we booked this property. There was also issues with the Dish TV service. The house needs a facelift,but it's not bad. The game room is very cramped and only a Pac Man game along with a pool table and an air hockey table is in there. Well there is a drum kit,half set up correctly,and one stick🤷

Havusu family time

The kids loved it with the game room and pool no “Im bored” all weekend:)they had movies and games and toys and alot of seating areas perfect for a big family! some of the supplies were not stocked like dishwasher detergent and paper towels and garbage bags but the family dollar across the street was handy. The jacuzzi heater was broke so that was disappointing but the property manager was nice and let us use another propertys jacuzzi but not as nice as having it in your backyard, but things happen that can’t be helped . It did not ruin our stay we had a great time!!! If you have a big group bring a griddle breakfast was a challenge, the stove is a little outdated and burners were a hit and miss. But over all this facility was perfect. We would definately book it again😀

The listing stated there were 4 bedrooms, There are 3 bedrooms. There was no fryer even though the listing showed DRYER. They showed the same bedroom twice in the listing to make it look like a 4th bedroom. There were barley pots and pans or utensils. The AC shut off at night and the house was so hot. The game room showed games they didn't even have. I was very very unhappy with this rental. I felt like I was fooled . thank you,

Our family came to Lake Havasu for a Christmas vacation. The house was in a great location, but upon our arrival we discovered that the hot tub was completely empty, and the pool was halfff full with trash and the pool vaccuum floating in it! I reached out to the host to inquire about the pool, but never got a response the entire 9 days we spent there! The pool and hot tub were the reason we chose this particular house to begin wih, so the kids were extra disappointed. The internet didn't work the entire time either which was frustrating. The kicker for the entire thing is that the host charged us a $450 pet fee for our daughter's service dog! The host said that even though he is a service dog, they still charge the pet fee which we later found out is a direct violation of vrbo policy. I had to put in a complaint which vrbo was extremely helpful with, but wasn't something I wanted to have to deal with. I wish the owner would have just been responsive, honest, and forthcoming!

Spacious Home and Gorgeous Lake Views!

For us, the home’s top features were the Location, Gorgeous Lake Views, open floor plan, and plenty of space, and comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed the game room. All bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Backyard fully equipped with a Traeger grill, patio furniture, beautiful string lighting, and a modest sized 5ft deep pool plus hot tub. We had to message the owner only once about the hot tub bubbles not operating, and never got a response, but we figured it out. The home is nicely remodeled, and has charming interior decorations. The space was perfect for 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Our only recommendation would be for the owner to consider reviewing the “House Rules”, and “Required checkout instructions” posted for guests. The multiple signs reminding you, do this, and do that, or you will “Risk Losing Your Deposit.” Some of the rules contradicted each other, one sign stating, when you checkout “Turn off A/C”, while another stating, “Don’t Turn Off A/C” when you check out. The owner requires guests to wash dishes used, remove all trash bags from inside home and place them outside in trash bins, strip all beds, and place dirty towels/linen in the “laundry room”, which is a stackable washer and dryer in a small corner of one of the bathrooms - "Or You Will Risk Losing Your Deposit." We stayed 3 nights for a total of $1800, with a cleaning fee, pet fee, and host fee, it seems like these fees should have covered the costs of the owner to have regular professional cleaning upon checkout. And not rely on the guests. We also recommend a “watch your step” sign by the first bathroom door, when you enter the bathroom there's about a 2" drop. The carpet runners near the kitchen were a trip hazard. And we recommend to please add window coverings to provide better privacy to the front game room. It has multiple windows that face a busy street. But overall, there are more Pros than Cons, and the location and size of the home made it great. With the recommended changes, we are likely to return! Thanks!

Perfect spot for a family gathering

We had a lot of family all meeting in Havasu for a memorial service, and this house was great. It slept a lot of people (2 double-bed-sized bunk beds in the bunk room!) and the kids were entertained by the pool and game room. The owner was accommodating and communicative.

My friends and I have been visiting Lake Havasu since 1993 for the soul purpose of riding jet skis. After making countless trips from Los Angeles my family finally got curious enough to see what all the fuss was about. Shortly after i bought my first home while my father and I were remodeling it we came across this one. Wow!! What an incredible view, big home, pool, hot tub and on one of the largest residential lots in Lake Havasu City. I suggested we buy it, he agreed. Now there are two destinations that we have to choose from when heading to Lake Havasu (by now you have probably figured out that my whole family is gung-ho about vacationing there). Two more relatives partnered with me in the purchase of The Kings View Condo that is the 'best address in Lake Havasu'. My only hope is that you love Havasu as much as we do.
