Willkommen in unserer wunderschönen Ecke der Welt am Rock Creek, einem Bach mit Blue Ribbon Trout, der durch die wunderschöne Sapphire Mountain Range fließt und fünf Arten wilder Forellen beherbergt. Regenbogenforelle, Bachforelle, Bachforelle, Bachforelle. Ein Paradies für Fliegenfischer.

Genießen Sie auch unsere Wildtiere von Weiß- und Maultierhirschen, Big Horn-Schafen, Elchen und Elchen. Selten gesehener Berglöwe und Schwarzbär.

Wir sind mit unverschmutzter, klarer Luft gesegnet, die einen erstaunlichen Nachthimmel mit einer Reihe von Sternen bietet.

Perfect Getaway
Beautiful property and location. The sounds of nature complement the quiet beauty and awe of the surroundings. Gary and Linda were such wonderful hosts - they gave us tips on surrounding towns and trails, as well answering our many questions. We plan to return to Glacier National Park, and hope to stay here again.

Amazing cabin in a gorgeous location
We can not say enough good things about our stay at Gary and Linda’s cabin. The location is remote, but for us, that was what we wanted. The property is SO well kept and beautiful. The valley itself was amazingly beautiful. So many little things made it feel like home. We have dogs and it is sometimes nerve racking to stay at a rental as we are never sure how the owners actually feel about dogs. Gary and Linda welcomed us and our dogs with open arms. The cabin was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed for a comfortable and wonderful stay. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our interactions with Gary and Linda. They were so sweet, easy, and enjoyable to chat with. We would absolutely book this location again if we are staying in the area! Thanks Gary and Linda for a great stay!!!

Cozy Cabin in a Beautiful Setting
My husband and I stayed at the cabin for 9 days. Gary and Linda greeted us upon arrival and were wonderful hosts throughout our stay. The cabin is charming and cozy and was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The area around the cabin is so beautiful. It is quiet and you can hear the sound of Rock Creek running. We saw lots of wildlife including deer and bighorn sheep. We highly recommend the cabin and we hope to return in the future for another stay!

Excellent!
The weather was in the 90s but the cabin stayed nice and cool. It’s near a ton of awesome fishing. Also, I had to work remotely during my stay and the internet had great bandwidth. Finally, Linda and Gary are fantastic hosts. Planning to come back next year!

Wonderfully couple of days. Really enjoyed the cabin and the beautiful valley.
Linda and Gary are great. They make you deal like we are neighbors and friends rather than renters Horseback riding with Cowboy Jeff just down the road was lots of fun. . Missoula was also a great day trip. Great campus, fabulous ice cream and a can’t be beat loose leaf tea shop. Rock Creek was a treat. Driving up river or down , it was a great adventure. Watch out for the moose !!!

As Advertised
This was my second stay at the G Bar L., and my second five-star rating. Comfortable cabin for two or three fishing buddies, or for a couple. Gary and Linda are friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. Seemingly unending supply of firewood and very hot water. Would (and will) stay agin.

The best!
Our second visit and just as terrific second time around! First time was 2017. The log cabin is delightful...as are the hosts Gary and Linda. They greeted us as we arrived which is so very warm and welcoming. Cabin is clean...and very homey. Bed very comfortable. Everything in kitchen we needed. Seating outside delightful. We shall return!

Great Rock Creek Stay

Comfort, relaxation, fresh air, all in one!
Gary and Linda are the HOST WITH THE MOST! Very pleasant people and most gracious! The cabin has everything you need for your stay and is located pretty much at the center of the creek for all activities. There is a fishing access less then 1/4 mile away, the wildlife can be seen everyday, it is private and if you do need to go see humans it is just 40 minutes to Missoula or 20 to Clinton to grab needed things like food. The cabin is comfortable, private, and well kept making you feel like you are welcomed. If needed and it can be accomplished, Gary and Linda are right there to handle anything reasonable on the spot! They are both very knowledgeable about the area having been there over 30 years. My only complaint is not knowing about this place before this year, Beautiful! Thank You for a clean comfortable stay! See you very soon!

Me and 3 of my brothers stayed here during the salmon fly hatch. It was great to come back to somewhere clean and close. Cabin had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Wonderful people & great cabin
Linda and Gary made every part of renting this cabin a pleasurable experience. Arrangements couldn’t have been easier. The cabin is in a wonderful location outside of Missoula and along the Rock Creek. The cabin is beautifully done with a very nice sitting areas on the front porch and in the backyard. Linda and Gary have meticulously taken care of every detail. If you’re fishing it’s a great jump off point, if stuck inside during rain or foul weather they filled the cabin with books and games to keep the family entertained. With clearly an artistic eye, little details both in and out of the cabin are very nicely done. Gary very nicely provided tips on fishing throughout the area. There’s a very nice restaurant nearby and fully equipped fly shop. The character and quality of this cabin clearly reflects the wonderful people who own it.

Perfect Slice of Paradise
This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed this week! My wife and I were looking to dtop off the grid for a few days, and we were able to do just that. The river was running really high, so we didn't do much fishing. But the location was just right to let our 4 month old goldendoodle off of the leash and just run. He must have sprinted a couple thousand yards while we were there. Linda and Gary greeted us as we arrived and they both have a way of making you feel like family right away. We actually would have loved to visit with them more, but didn't want to bother them. The cabin is cozy and warm and had everything we needed. I absolutely recommend staying here! My wife and I are already talking about booking the cabin again next year.

Our love of nature and the outdoors drew us to Montana in 1978. Rock Creek was the area we fell in love with not only for the fly fishing, but for the peaceful quality of life.
Our lifestyle has always been enjoying nature as we hike, fish, backpack into the wilderness or river raft for days at a time, camp out, or simply relaxing around a campfire outside our home.
