Salzige Brise ist der ideale Ort für Ihre Gruppe von Familie und Freunden zu sammeln, entspannen und eine herrliche Woche im Paradies direkt am Strand zu verbringen!

Das Privathaus wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert und befindet sich unter dem neuen Hausverwaltung.

Die Wände der Fenster auf der gesamten Hauptetage bringen die smaragdgrünen Wasser des Golfs von Mexiko direkt in das offene Konzept Wohn- und Essbereich. Dieser großartige Raum lässt alle zusammen sein, erlaubt aber einen getrennten Speisen- / Spiel- / Fernsehbereich; große Küche / Zubereitungsbereich; und ein weiterer TV / Loungebereich. Viel Platz zum ausbreiten !!!

Alles, was Sie brauchen eine einfache oder Gourmet-Mahlzeit zu kochen in dieser Küche zu finden. Speisen Sie um den großen Tisch, sitzen rund um die zwei Kücheninseln oder werfen die Schieber geöffnet und unter der Sonne oder den Sternen auf dem riesigen Golf Vorderdeck dienen. 2 Picknicktische Ihre gesamte Gruppe außerhalb beim Hören der die Wellen am Ufer passen und die Möwen fliegen Overhead.

Schnappen Sie sich einen Drink oder einen schnellen Snack, bevor die Treppe hinunter in den Sand und Brandung!

Das Salty Breeze verfügt über 2 separate King-Size-Master-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad.
Alle Badezimmer wurden kürzlich neu modelliert.

Ein drittes geräumiges Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen mit 2 großen Betten. Das vierte Schlafzimmer ist ein großartiger Ort für die Kinder ..... 2 Etagenbetten mit einem großen Spielplatz für Puzzles oder Spiele, 4 schlafen.
Diese zwei Schlafzimmer öffnen sich zu einem großen Soundview-Deck. ein großartiger Ort für Ihren Morgenkaffee oder den perfekten Ort für einen Schlummertrunk, während Sie die schönen Sonnenuntergänge im Sommer beobachten!

Das Obergeschoss Loft verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und ist eine wunderbare "private Flucht" -Bereich.
Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Flachbild-TVs.

Es ist ein Full-Size-Waschküche mit neuen Waschmaschine und Trockner im Erdgeschoss.

Der Zugang zum Strand ist nur aus Ihrer Tür. Die hölzerne Düne Crossover nebenan macht es sehr bequem, Kühler, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Strandspielzeug zur Brandung zu bringen.

Es gibt genügend Parkplätze für 5 Autos.

Nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen, spielen, Schwimmen und Schälen, spülen Sie ihn unter der Dusche im Freien unter dem Haus ab und Shell "Schätze" in diesem schattigen Bereich sortieren. Sie können hier sogar Ihr Mittag- oder Abendessen grillen, wo immer eine salzige Brise auf Sie wartet!

The listing agent was also great we had a small issue with internet and they had someone out immediately and had it fixed! We now love Navarre more than any and all places!

The house was perfect for two families of four and two couples! All the teens got to bunk together in one room. Everyone had quiet places to go, and large common area to chill and cook together. Awesome location on the beach, and has a nice sized storage area underneath to hide lots of gear. Seemed like a quiet area, and yet close enough for a quick drive for amenities.

We had nine people total: my parents, my brother and his family, and my family (six adults, three teenagers). We loved how the home is laid out--all common areas (living room, kitchen, dining area) are open and connected, and on the beach side, with plenty of windows to enjoy the view. We loved the large coffee table, which accommodated all of the big puzzles we worked on together. The four bedrooms are on the street side (the two on the ends also had ocean views). The large laundry room came in handy (roomy side-by-side machines, not small stackable ones). The outdoor shower came in handy on multiple occasions. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck, which offered clear views of truly spectacular sunsets. This was also hands-down the cleanest rental home I've ever stayed in. We would all love to stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there for my wedding. We had a great time on the beach and appreciated the floats and toys left for our use. However, we had some issues during our stay. A mouse got into the house and ate our bread the first night. Maintenance put out two traps and by day 3, it was caught. The bigger issue was we discovered bed bugs! I will say the maintenance responded quickly and thoroughly cleaned, but this is not something we should have encountered in the first place. While I appreciate the refund they gave me, it did not even cover the cost of one nights stay. They did provide an option of moving to another house or getting a full refund, but we opted to stay since the wedding was 2 days away. It would have been nice to have more basic amenities too like extra toilet paper and more than just one trash bag. We asked maintenance about the trash bags. He said he would find out then never followed up. We ended up buying our own. The door handle to the porch broke as well, but maintenance did respond quickly again and fixed it. The overall condition of the furniture was not great. One of the Adirondack chairs was broken, the beds were not comfortable, and the couch had a hole in it. Furthermore, the house sleeps 14, but with the couch and loveseat, there’s only 5 seats in the living room. The rest of us had to stay in bedrooms or on the hard Adirondack chairs outside. So, while it’s a nice view, it was way overpriced for all we had to deal with when I should have been able to just relax and get ready for my wedding.

The house was amazing. The view and location was great. There is a little shower beach toy storage area at the bottom of the stairs which was perfect for leaving beach things in and showering sand off. Rooms were cozy and plenty of bathrooms for everyone

It was the perfect size to hold us and all three of our daughter's families,12 of us in all, and provided each family their own space. It was wonderful watching the sun rise over the ocean from the spacious deck every morning. Our grandbabies loved that it was just down a short path to play at the beach. The kitchen was open and centralized. Everyone could be part of conversations even from the living room. The house felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay there again!

Great house and location
The house was perfectly located with direct walking path to the beach and next to public access if wanted. They had a great selection of beach toys available for the kids and lots of space for everyone. The only downside was the refrigerator, which the instructions said to wait 24hrs to fully cool. We were a family of 9 staying only 4 days, so we felt the property management should already have that ready for guests upon arrival. We had basic groceries that never cooled the following day, so we put everything in the freezer, but that never cooled either. When we called the property management the following night, he was prompt to arrive and said it froze and needed to be defrosted (which wasn't caused by us since it wasn't ever cold). He did bring us a cooler and ice to remedy the situation, while the fridge defrosted. Overall the house was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house definitely needs improvements. Subfloor is horrible! When walking in bathrooms, laundry room and hallway you feel the floor is going to cave in. First impression was disappointing since there was a leak that they didn’t tell us about until we brought it to their attention. After we brought it to their attention nothing was done. One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell from us having to dry carpet and clean up a leak that they should have done before we checked in.

All of us enjoyed the ocean views from every angle due to the abundant windows in the kitchen/dining/family area spanning the entire length of the house. Step outside the common areas to a genius deck pesky spindles or railings to obstruct your views. The Salty Breeze deck spaciously accommodates large gatherings. Furnishings were comfortable, the property was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware & utensils. We especially enjoyed the islands & dining seating for food prep and gathering for meals & snacks. Blue Moon Vacation Rentals provided excellent, responsive communication/service and promptly answered our questions & requests. Family members snorkeled, captured great shells, kayaked for fun and for fishing, surfed & soaked up the sun........all made easier due to the beachfront location. Our wild America sightings? Dolphins, rays breaching out of the waves and a manatee swimming close to shore! We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is very spacious, well kept and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much anything you need. We have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again. Just a short drive from the bridge so convenient for shopping or driving to other beach activities.

Stayed here with another couple. The two master king bed setup worker well for us. Bathrooms are small & cramped. The living area & deck are very nice with great views.

First Beach House Vaca and Great Memories
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first Beach House / Home Rental vacation, and Salty Breeze hit all the marks. Great views and direct access to the beach. The house was fully stocked, and shopping was convenient to get anything we needed. Bluemoon was highly responsive to all requests and concerns. The house was more than big enough for our group of six adults and one child. The deck and front area of the house overlooks the beach, which is always busy with activity. We were surprised to see so many people fishing right off the shore and still could not figure out you could swim there and not get hooked, but we managed. The first few days were perfect for swimming and having fun on the beach, but the weather did get windy and the remainder of the week were Red and Double Red flag days. A Red flag means High Surf and/or Strong Currents. We decided not to take a chance on going into the water, but for the rest of our stay, we had Double Red Flags, which meant the water was closed to the public. We still went to the beach through and had fun. Salty Breeze has plenty of room for everyone to eat together, and we received three additional deck chairs so we could all sit on the deck! It seems the proximately to the public beach allows deck chairs to be taken. Though the public beach entrance is next door, it was not obtrusive and worked out for us as more kids were on the beach for my son to play with. The beach sand is so soft and clean that your feet will squeak as you walk barefoot. One tip is to keep the doors closed to keep that excellent beach sand outside.We had a great trip and spent time with family we have not been able to see in some time. Our time there was in late April, which is just before the busy season, so traffic wasn't dreadful, and we had access to everything that would usually be packed. We would unanimously give Salty Breeze two thumbs up and recommend it.
