If it had it been for Junior & Natasha and their fantastic pool bar Cerostres. The holiday would have been a bit of a disaster.
Property looks great on photos. The large terrace is a major attraction.
However, this property is described as “luxury” but it really is not.
Possibly 10 years ago it would qualify, but now all the furnishings are tired and worn. To be clear it is clean ( with exception of the horrible shower tiles/grout which is very worn and tired)
We had good helpful contact with owner from the beginning. Very polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, there were 3 significant problems:
1. We were charged an additional per day ‘local tax’ which was not visible on original booking fees. We paid it on cash, just to get some peace and achieve minimal awkwardness, but it was not nice or remotely acceptable! That charge should have been visible in the H&A site at the time of booking.
2. The WiFi didn’t work at all for 3 full days - it took a lot of questions and complaints to have this resolved. Not what we wanted on a relaxing holiday. When it finally worked, it was no problem.
3. The flat is described as ‘luxury.’ But it is very, very basic and the furnishings and decor is tired. The condition of terrace is awful, with damaged furniture and horrible fake grass. Yuch!!
It’s a pity, because these issues could easily be resolved. The owner seems to be riding his asset hard for income now. When a few €k invested in upgrading would really change the outlook of the place and improve the experience.
Overall 5/10 rating. We would never go back there.
