Diese herrliche 4 Schlafzimmervilla hat reizende Ozean- und Bergansichten. Die nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrassen erstrecken sich über drei Ebenen mit privatem beheiztem Pool. Whirlpool, kanarischer Grill, überdachter Ruhebereich, Liegestühle und Gartenmöbel. Das Innere der Villa ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein separates Esszimmer. Es gibt eine riesige Lounge im Erdgeschoss mit verschiedenen Sitzbereichen, Internet-TV mit SKY-Paket, DVD-Player und Billardtisch. Hochstuhl, Treppenschutzgitter und Kinderbett vorhanden. Ein sehr großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz, gut eingerichteter Küche und sehr schönem Aussenbereich mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten.Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, der Whirlpool zu warm für diese Jahreszeit.Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr schönes Objekt und ein toller Urlaub

Wir konnten unsren Urlaub sehr genießen. Ein insgesamt tolles Haus mit super Ausblick und klasse Ausstattung. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und es bleiben gute Erinnerungen. Das Management vor Ort hat uns herzlich empfangen und alle Details zum Haus und der Umgebung erkärt. Es gab eine werktägliche Reinigung des Hauses und zweimal in der Woche einen Handtücherwechsel. Die Reinigungskräfte waren auch prima. Nun dazu, warum wir nur 4 statt 5 Sterne in der Gesamtwertung geben. Es gibt folgende kleine Dinge die ein wenig das Gesamtbild von einer Top- Bewerung Abstriche machen lassen müssen: - leider immer wieder Kakerlaken im Haus, bereits einige verendete Tiere bei der Ankunft in 2 der Badezimmer - Klimaanlage in einem der Schlafzimmer schon bei Ankunft defekt und konnte in 14 Tagen nicht repariert werden, das das Ersatzteil aus Las Palmas nicht kam. - häufig sprangen Sicherungen heraus, das zuviel Leistung an der zu schwachen Stromleitung hängt. - Kissen in den Bezügen teils dreckig, müssten öfter gewaschen werden Wie geschrieben nur wenige Punkte negativ. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub und wir haben unssehr gut erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Alles Perfekt

Wir waren positiv überrascht als wir angekommen waren. Der Check in hatte super geklappt. Uns wurde alles perfekt erklärt und auch vorgeführt. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Auch die Betreuung durch das Management war perfekt. Die tägliche Reinigung und auch der Pool Service waren perfekt. Wir haben uns super erholt und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The villa was lovely and in a good area the host was very good in contacting us with all our questions and gave us recommendations of the area and taxis . During our stay the boiler leaked and replaced all very quickly and efficiently . Only complaint found a few dead cockroaches under beds in downstairs bedrooms and in a bathroom up stairs in first night which should have been cleaned before we arrived which is the cleaning company issue not the villa or host . Would highly recommend this villa to families lovely entertaining area upstairs and down stairs . A 20 min walk to playa blanca and 20 to playa flamingo . Also a taxi stop at the top of the road.Dennis met us and was lovely . Would definitely stay here again .

We were 5 adults and 2 small children staying at this villa and it was exactly as described in the listing. Jerry, the manager, was really accommodating and was waiting at the Villa on arrival to show us around and answer any questions. He was also quick at communicating when we had questions during our stay. The Villa and pool area, were very clean and spacious, the kitchen had plenty of utensils for all guests, the outside bbq area was great for us of an evening and had every amenity we needed. The area is nice and quiet of an evening. There is a small supermarket on the corner of the complex, attached to the neighbouring hotel, which was handy and a really friendly bar in the hotel opposite, Baileys bar, we used a few times. The is a large Lidl’s on 5min car journey away and a taxi cost 5. Playa flamingo is a 15-20 minute walk downhill which we did most days with the kids in the pram and the walk to the centre is around 25-30mins. There were lovely restaurants and bars in both areas and we found everything easily accessible. All together we had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone!

The villa was wonderful - it had everything you could want for a fun and relaxing stay and the beds were super comfy! The sea views are lovely and there are various areas outside to enjoy the sun and a drink in the evening. The location of the propety is great, it was so peaceful and only a short, easy walk to the playa blanca strip. The host was fantastic from the moment we booked our trip and gave great advice on where to buy groceries - a lidl and aldi are less than a 10 minute drive. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Superb villa with extra touches

Stayed with partner and teenage son. Location in Playa Blanca is excellent, just a few minutes by car from beaches and Marina Rubicon. We had a car which was easily parked within the villa. Great directions to the villa and communication with the owner and property manager including a personal check-in and property tour on arrival. Villa has absolutely everything you need, including the biggest hot tub in the area. WiFi, TV, kitchen all new and work well. Welcome pack was a nice touch. Cleaning, including pool and hot tub was a high standard and cleaners fitted in with our particular requirements around times which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this villa and location.

Fantastic Relaxing Getaway

The villa was amazing, more spacious than expected! Perfect for a relaxing trip, the outdoor space has a great variety of shade and sun! Villa very, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for all ages. we had 2 60year olds. 3 in their 30s and a 5 year old, this villa suited everyone. Beach restaurants and town , all walkable, but the 5year old did struggle a bit. There are plenty of taxis if needed. Pool and hot tub were used daily

La casa è grande e spaziosa ma purtroppo è infestata da scarafaggi. Ogni mattina ne trovavamo 4/5 anche nelle camere da letto. Un tubo perdeva acqua in un locale tecnico con un motore elettrico acceso. La pulizia non è accurata. Gli asciugamani sono consumati e alcuni strappati. Alle nostre rimostranze la padrona di casa ci ha risposto che nessuno si era lamentato prima. Peccato saremo stati sfortunati. Eviteremo di ripetere l'esperienza.

Amazing Villa with views!

We loved our stay! It is a fabulous villa with views across to Fuerteventura and the mountains. We were a family of four and would definitely return with another family or a set of parents as there was lots of space. We made the most of the villa, eating there most evenings and playing pool. We ate outside the whole time and barely saw a single fly, ant or mosquito (not sure if that's just the time of the year but we were very surprised). We have stayed in Playa Blanca a few times and this is the first time we have walked down into the town which was a really pleasant 20 minute walk. We would definitely go back to this villa, we had a wonderful holiday and management team who look after it are amazing! We had no significant issues but they were very responsive to any contact.

Overall lovely time here

We have stayed many times in Vista Lobos in different villas, always a good location for ease of walking to bars and restaurants as well as scenic walks. Villa was lovely, only issue was that we spent half our stay without a hot tub which was very disappointing as we had particularly searched for this facility. Hot tub was not working on arrival and it took too many visits to get what was obviously an issue from the outset resolved.

Nice villa in a good location

The villa is nice and spacious with really good facilities. It is looking slightly tired and could benefit from a lick of paint. There were a few issues with power etc however these were resolved very quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

5*villa in great location

Everything we were hoping for, 4 lovely spacious bedrooms, air con throughout, huge communal downstairs with great break-off areas where everybody could get their own space, pool and hot tub perfect .. check in smooth, check out very efficient, great advice from the management team. The taxi system you get used to and learn how to make it work for you, the electric scooters are a godsend if you have the right age group to use them, the nearest supermarket 2 mins is great for essentials and it’s easy to get into town for larger supplies with the aid of taxis. Today relaxing break, a very lovely property and a great bunch of people.

Great Villa

Absolutely no complaints. Lovely big villa with everything you could need. Initially thought the pool was a little small but it was perfect for a quick dip and cool down. Used the BBQ quite a lot but also walked down to the coast for meals out. The pool table was very popular and there was so much available to watch through the streaming service on an evening. The larger supermarkets were approx 20 minutes walk away with a local hotel shop only 5 minutes away. Highly recommend and would return.

Fantastic Holiday Lovely Villa July 2023

Just back from 2 weeks in Playa Blanca Lanzarote and had a fantastic holiday. Such a lovely resort with so much to do. The villa was great, perfect for our family. Very spacious with a great outdoor seating area and lovely clean, heated pool and a hot tub, with a sea view. Huge downstairs area with pool table and Netflix which the kids loved. Everything you could ask for was provided and the regular cleaning service was a great extra. It is in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but it was easy to get taxis in and out of town for only 4 euros. Gary was great when we arrived, giving us lots of local tips and he was there when we left, ensuring a smooth send off. Response to a slight issue with the air conditioning was so quick. A wonderful time had in a lovely spacious, clean villa. Can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic!

We booked this Villa with reasonably short notice for a 60th birthday holiday. During the whole process communication and accommodation of requests was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were left with a fantastic welcome parcel covering a few of the essentials and the villa was perfectly clean. Some of the stand outs about this property is the fact that is has A/C throughout, a daily cleaning service (Mon - Fri), a mid-week towel change and a mid-week pool clean (which is needed due to the dustiness of Lanzarote. Furthermore, the hot tub was on and heated ready for us and the pool also heated. Despite it being summer, it really does take the chill off of the water. The villa itself is super spacious and done to a high standard - you can tell that a lot of love and care has gone into it. The villa management are also quick to respond to any issues. The only complaint I had is that the Fridge wasn't getting cold and items in the freezer were taking a day to freeze proper ie. ice cream. The location was fantastic but it is a bit of a trek down to the centre and Taxi's are pretty much a nightmare to get hold of. Therefore, I'd suggest hiring a car or making use of the e-scooters, which are scattered all round the town but aren't that cheap to use. Overall, I cannot recommend this villa enough. It's spacious, comfortable, has a whole host of amenities and is well looked after. Location is great, relatively quiet and the extra bits you get included for the price are well worth it
