Townhouse Moreton is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home affording a prime location in picturesque Oasis Park, one of the best condominiums of the Algarve. Perfect for families looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sun, the property is just a short drive from the centre of Portimão, as well as the beautiful beaches of Vau, Alvor and Praia da Rocha.

This marvellous property has 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms (1 of them en-suite) and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bath and overhead shower. The bright and inviting living and dining room allows you to lounge comfortably and enjoy a meal with family and friends, prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen.

Outside, a delightful patio with outdoor furniture surrounded by landscaped garden areas allows the option of enjoying your meals alfresco.

The villa also includes free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fantastic Games room on the lower floor where you can enjoy a game of snooker.

The Oasis Park complex has an exceptional leisure centre which includes a beautiful indoor pool (heated between November and April) and a jacuzzi for the exclusive use of Oasis Parque guests. Plenty of sun loungers are provided around the large outdoor swimming pool and smaller pool for children, and there’s a café / restaurant nearby for refreshments.

The property is located in a quiet area of Portimão and is a short walk from 2 different supermarkets and several restaurants and cafés. The beautiful beaches of Alvor, Vau or Praia da Rocha are a short drive away, as well as the charming beach town of Alvor and vibrant Portimão city centre. According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:

From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
