Costamar Apartments, Los Cristianos, Tenerife
Good location and harbour view and amazing sunsets.
Note: in January balcony only gets the Sun for a few minutes before it sets.
Apartment had been painted recently however not to a good standard some doors/cupboards will not close/get stuck.
One of the front door locks is unusable, however is does have a good secondary security door fitted, some other door locks missing or stuck.
I did have to chase the management company for information on keycode etc:
Good selection of UK Cable TV channels, as well German/French etc: the down channel button on TV remote didn’t work, which was annoying.
Several lights in the main room not working (maybe bulbs)
Fridge a little on the small side and icebox difficult to access without moving over.
Cleaning not great under beds and sofa with large pieces of fluff.
Pillows good but beds not that comfortable.
Not listed by was in apartment was a Safe.
Washing machine very good a worth having, took too much cloths with us.
To summarise a very good location and weather, apartment has most facilities you will need, but could do with refreshing and better cleaning. Also checking of what works in the apartment would be helpful.
