Die elegant eingerichteten mit 9+ Meter hohen Decken, zwei Balkone, semi-privaten Aufzug und ein eigenes Foyer, hat dieses luxuriöse Einheit die spektakulärsten Blick auf das Meer. Ob es auf der Außen Jenn Aire Grill kocht, entspannt mit einem Glas Wein, den atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten, oder einfach nur die unendliche Weite des Ozeans zu bewundern, garantieren wir Ihnen, Ihre Zeit auf den massiven 500 sq ft überdachten Balkon verbringen.

Es gibt 3 Suiten ein mit einem Kingsize-Bett und 2 mit Queen-Betten. Jedes hat ein eigenes Bad, begehbaren Kleiderschrank und 42-Zoll-Fernseher. Die direkt am Meer Master-Suite öffnet sich zum Haupt Balkon und die anderen Suiten öffnen zu einem hinteren Balkon mit Blick auf den Inter Wasserweg, der Speedway, und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge. Ein Doppel Cabrio Stuhl und zwei faltbaren zwei Matratzen sind ebenfalls erhältlich.

Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher (plus Strandtücher) sind vorhanden. Die große Gourmet ausgestattete Küche mit Granit, Insel und 2 Edelstahl-Spülen umfasst alle Geräte - große und kleine - darunter ein Weinkühler, und ist gut mit dem Kochen & Essgeschirr bestückt. Strandkörbe, Boogie-Board und Spielzeug für den Strand sind für die Gäste. Another great stay!

This is another great property! The condo was clean, had amazing views, very spacious and just a beautiful property. We had an issue with the toilet and the owner responded right away. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

The condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. The images of the condo are accurate. The property manager was helpful in checking us in after midnight due to an unexpected flight issue. However, it was not without multiple conversations. Be aware that there is a "policy" that you cannot check in after midnight. This is not listed on the listing or rental agreement. There were several issues I had with the condo. The built in grill does not work. There is a standing grill that does not work. There is a ninja grill on the counter that does work but is not what we wanted. There are no lights on the balcony. The table on the balcony was painted and the paint chipped off and stuck to everything and everyone. The chairs on the balcony for laying out need to be clean and/or replaced. Everything in the kitchen worked well, however, updating the cooking utensils and pans would be helpful. The beach umbrella and chairs that are listed on the available items with the unit are old. Most have rust or broken parts with holes. There is an ice chest, but it doesn't roll well. The umbrellas are the ones that attach to the beach chair. There is not a standalone umbrella. The plus is that there are plenty of beach towels. Due to the issue with chairs and umbrellas we had to buy a canopy and chairs from Academy. These had to be left at the condo due to our traveling arrangements. So, I guess those are available for future renters. Sheets are too small in the master bedroom.

Ocean Vistas always

This was our14th straight year at Ocean Vistas condo.This is simply the best place to vacation in Daytona, especially since they rid the pool area of their gestapo-like guards who enforced, to a tea, the numerous rules prohibiting any fun at the pool.

Lovely Place

Loved our stay but was disappointed with the electric grill we thought we were going to have on the balcony. It was a Ninja plug in electric griddle/grill (appliance you can buy at Walmart) that could cook 2 steaks at a time and a couple of the beach chairs provided were rusted and broken. Other than that we were very pleased. Plenty of linens, pillows, bath and beach towels and it was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs.

Beautiful condo!

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever had. Just a gorgeous place. Words can't do it justice. And it's just huge! Plenty of room for everybody to find their own space. Beautiful view as well. The balcony is giant too! Love this place!

Very nice condo. Starting to need some things such as new carpet but it’s a beach unit so I don’t blame them for not rushing to replace it. We would stay here again.

Great Stay for Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this property. Check-in was easy and included a tour of the property. The condo included everything we needed as far as beach towels and chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with any appliances that were needed. Plenty of room for all of the guests. The pool was very nice and the grounds provided great places to sit and hang out. The only draw back, and not the property owners fault, was high tide that prevented us from driving on the beach to set up our tent most of the week. Thankfully the beach ramp is right next to the building.

Amazing views.. just as advertised.

Hands down the most beautiful views of both the ocean and river from balconies. Our children, ages 10 and 13, loved having their own rooms with individual bathrooms. Master suite was large with a gorgeous bathroom. Dual shower heads were a plus. The large kitchen has top notch appliances and every cooking utensil/pots and pans you would need. We stayed a week and enjoyed all amenities. Loved the heated pool and the outdoor fire pit. The hot tub was hotter than blue blazes and definitely not enjoyable. The pool table in the club room was nice for the cooler days. Beach access right out of parking garage. We would definitely stay here again. Worth the money!

Fun time on Daytona

Pictures and reviews are correct for this condo. Everything was as it should be. Lovely place. Very large, plenty of room for 8 adults. Private elevator was amazing. Great private parking. Loved that the condo included beaching towels!! That was a huge plus for us! Also includes a large cooler and wagon. Definitely added values!! Only somewhat negative comments (never hindered us) was that the hot tub was hotter than the seventh circle of hell. 😝 Couldn’t put but your lower legs in it. The pool was an amazing temp, warm on cool days!! All and all, great experience at the condo. Dealing with the Orlando airport and car rentals… definitely a huge negative for all of us. (Advice, do not go during spring break - save yourselves the huge headaches) Special shoutout to Dennis for helping us with our ultra late arrival. Many thanks!!

Ocean Vistas in my opinion is the best property to stay at! The sunrise every morning right outside

I love this property, room 1006 a very nice unit because you get the best views of the ocean and views of the Halifax river. The semi private elevator is great! The only slight downfall is the room itself could use some minor updates. I would definitely book this room again!

Had a really nice stay at Ocean Vistas!

The condo was very large and nicely stocked. Plenty of room for the family and the property was well managed. Our entire family really liked staying here. Only negative was that the bed in the master bedroom had a really loud squeak every time you sit or try to move on the bed, so we ended up sleeping on the large couches for most of the week.

Our overall stay at the property was average.

This is our 3rd time staying at Ocean Vista in Daytona. This condo unit needs some attention compared to other ones as I felt that it may just be a “rental” and not someone’s personally. It had just not been cared for like the others where most are decorated beautifully. This one had everything we need but it was “just what we needed” and nothing more. When we first arrived, we popped out the red chair in second room and there was a bug crawling on it. We reported and they arrived quickly with 3 people from housekeeping to vacuum and spray it. They were very proactive with this, however, we saw two additional bugs during our stay. Gross! The complex is very nice and cared for, but a little to strict as it relates to the pool. It closes at dark, cannot have drinks 4 foot from pool, cannot throw balls, cannot laugh and carry on, must wear shirt when entering the garage, etc. The pool security would rush over to politely tell us this was not allowed. Again, overall the stay was average.

Beautiful! Great views! Terrific location! Great Management!

The room was beautiful and everything that just was described. The balcony was very large with great views of the ocean and plenty of seating. Our air conditioning went out one night (in the middle of June!) and Enis had someone out there by mid-day the next day to fix it. We were very pleased with how quickly she responded to this situation and to all of our questions. For those needing an extra sleeping space, the little roll-away bed came in handy and was actually pretty comfortable. We travel to Florida twice a year and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

11th year at Ocean Vistas

This was our fourth different, and best unit that we have stayed in at Ocean Vistas. This unit was huge with a great balcony and view of the beach and ocean. The unit was very clean and had every kitchen utensil that you could imagine. You basically have your own private elevator which also drops you close to the pool and beach entrance. Enis, the owner, was very easy to work with. We'll definitely return next summer.

Great building, ok unit

We love this building and have stay 4 times in the past. Great location and great amenities. Each unit is privately owned and equipped differently. This one was fine, but could use some attention. One big draw for us is the grill outside and it was not functional. A small electric grill was provided but it too did not work. Great stock of cooking pans but silverware needs to be restocked. Couch is meant to recline but isn't powered (and is less comfortable without this feature). One suggestion is to add a step stool for those shorter of stature. We used kitchen tools to get things out of the washer, off top shelves etc. :) So overall, great location and we'd stay in the unit again but if one of the others was also available, we'd probably choose a different one. But the improvements are pretty minor, so perhaps the owner is able to address easily.
