Unsere Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen, auf dem begehrten 12. Etage Ostseite Ecke ohne versperrte Aussicht auf den Strand und das Meer. Wir haben auch ein Keyless-Entry-Türschloss und so muss man mit irgendwelchen Tasten während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht halten! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster in das Gerät zu genießen. Mit über 1.980 sq ft ist das Ger��t sehr ger��umig, neu eingerichtet und neu auf dem Mietmarkt !!

Ausstattung sind an diesem Phoenix Ferienwohnung in Gulf Shores reichlich: das Gerät mit Full-Size-Geräte, Wet-Bar mit Eismaschine bestellt, 60 "Flachbildschirm HDTV im Wohnzimmer und einen Flachbildschirm 50" HDTVs im Master und 2. Schlafzimmer und 42 " HDTVs in der 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es ist ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, ein Kingsize-Bett in der zweiten und zwei große Betten sowohl in der 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer. Wir haben auch in einem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer gestellt, die zu einem Queen-Bett ausmachen kann, sollten Sie die Extrabett benötigen.

Es ist eine wunderbare Null-Eintrag Außenpool mit einer Wasserrutsche, beheizte Innenpool, zwei Jacuzzi ist, state-of-the-art Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf, 2 Saunen und einen Tennisplatz.

Es ist ein 25 Jahre alter Mindestalter das Gerät behalten, die ohne Anspruch auf Ersatz für die Verletzung erzwungen wird.

We loved this place!

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

Perfect Week

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/sitting area. The staff was exceptional, kind and informative. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Perfect vacation spot

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!

Senior Trip - with Adults

This condo is the perfect place for any trip to the beach. We chaperoned 8 high school graduate boys and everyone had a blast. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and even some novelty shopping. Everything was as described and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!

Family Vacay

This is our 2nd trip to the Phoenix. Location is great, no crossing a busy street, just down the elevator to the sand. Kids loved both pools, enjoyed crab hunting. We had plenty of room in our unit, nice sized bedrooms & baths, with plenty of space in the kitchen/living room area. The patio was a great place to sit and look for dolphins, which we seen several times. My only negative would be the one kitchen towel.

The overall review.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is a lovely property with fabulous views.... and don’t laugh.... no long waits for elevators! We were on the 12th floor, about half-way up, and we didn’t spend lots of time waiting and waiting on the elevators. : ) The beach access was great. The pools were lovely and well maintained. There were a few small issues with the condo - but perhaps we are some of the few people who stay and actually cook. The stove/oven needs replaced as does the dishwasher, and the equipment in the kitchen is woefully inadequate, but maybe most people eat out? The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for all of us. It was fairly quiet and we enjoyed our visit!

Great Potential

This place could have been magical for our week long family stay. However it was filthy when we got there and it was really hard to feel comfortable and relaxed in a dirty rental. It started during the check in process when the extremely unwelcoming front desk lady met us with an unfriendly poor attitude. Felt like we inconvenienced her while no one else was around to check in. Once in the room, we found nasty face and hand prints all over the windows, sand in the beds, cabinets contained diapers and vapes. Counters and bedside tables hadn’t been wiped down and were covered. We did contact the management company on these issues, he showed up the next morning to give us a new coffee machine since the one in the building was missing the pot. He refused to come in to look at the poor quality of cleaning in the room. Told us he is aware of what the cleaners do, and that the site had been inspected twice lately (whatever that means). At this point we didn’t want cleaners in the room as we had already unpacked and made plans - didn’t want people in the room with all our belongings with us not being there. The manager offered to refund the cleaning charge. The property is beautiful, and you can tell at one time was a star, but poor management and cleaning practices are noticeable. Having the 4 bedrooms with multiple bed spaces and the 3 bathrooms were perfect. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony and spacious living room and kitchen/dining spaces.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful corner condo with spectacular views! The balcony is oversized which gives a little extra room to enjoy the views. All bedrooms were comfortable and condo was clean. The ice maker did not work while we were there so that would have been very nice to have. An email was sent on Sunday but no response was received. The kitchen faucet needs replaced as it is not attached and the stove needs replaced as it takes too long to heat and cook. It would also be great to have some kitchen towels and potholders in the kitchen! Overall, we had a fantastic time while in Gulf Shores.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great place for a family get away!! If you look past the dirt, it is everything you need. The condo is in dire need of a deep clean. Mold in showers, dust and dirt everywhere! But it’s a perfect location! The pool has nothing to do with the condo, but the pool needs to monitor the food and people throwing food around the pool. Plus they need to lighten up on guests throwing a ball. We are there to have a good time. I witnessed the security guard trying to place a child in time out for going down the slide too fast.
