Willkommen bei Seachase W602 - Dies ist eine wunderschöne Einheit in der 6. Etage mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und Platz für maximal 8 Personen. Dies ist der beste Grundriss am Strand mit 60 Fuß vom Boden bis zur Decke Glas über die gesamte Wohnung. Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen geteilten Grundriss und beide Schlafzimmer sind Golffront mit Glasschiebetüren. Der Balkon ist vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich. Sie werden die Aussicht von dieser Bodenhöhe lieben! Dieses Gerät ist hundefreundlich und erlaubt 2 Hunde! Zwei Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm sind im Mietpreis dieser Ferienwohnung enthalten!

Wenn Sie gerne zu Hause kochen, werden Sie sich im W602 wohlfühlen. Es hat eine schöne verbesserte Küche mit weißen Schränken und Granit. Es ist eine voll ausgestattete Küche und hat alles, was Sie brauchen, sowie den Blick auf den Golf. Ja, Sie können das atemberaubende Smaragdwasser sogar aus der Küche sehen! Der große Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 und 3 weitere Personen an der Bar. Wenn es an der Zeit ist, nach drinnen zu kommen und sich abzukühlen oder sich am Abend zu entspannen, werden Sie sich in den beiden Ledersesseln La-Z-Boy sehr wohl fühlen. Es gibt auch ein neues (April 2017) kommerzielles Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Dieses Gerät verfügt über wunderschöne Fliesenböden.

Wenn Sie es satt haben, in großen Hochhauskomplexen mit überfüllten Stränden zu übernachten, suchen Sie nicht weiter. Seachase ist ein mittelgroßer Komplex. Es gibt 8 Stockwerke und nur 64 Einheiten zwischen den 2 Türmen, so dass jeder einen Platz in der ersten Reihe am Strand haben kann. Mit den 2 Liegestühlen, die in dieser Miete enthalten sind, erwarten Sie Ihre Stühle!

Das Seachase liegt nur 1,6 km von hervorragenden Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Peir Park und wenige Kilometer vom Frank Brown Park entfernt, wo die meisten Softball- und Baseballturniere stattfinden.

Early summer vacation

This was the first time using Vrbo. I have to say, from the initial online booking to check-in and throughout the entire stay. Nothing but exceptional. My communication with Corri was nothing short of amazing. She was extremely accessible, very quick to reply. We had the pleasure to meet her on our check-in day. Just an extremely special person. I will definitely recommend this location and will be back for another stay.

Annual beach trip

We had problems on our vacation- primarily my vehicle broke down on DeFuniak Springs and caused a lot of issues for our vacation. However, the condo was exactly as described and in a great location. We come to PC every year, but this year we had to bring our pup. Even tho she is well- behaved , we couldn’t find any condo that would allow an animal over 25 lbs. Corrie’s condo did not have a weight restriction. Corrie was also very responsive to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It made dealing with our issues much better. We would definitely recommend this condo. Very nice and close to everything

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! The view was amazing. No serious problems just the usual kiddos playing up and down the hall and “ding dong ditching” our condo, but we remember being a kid so it did not bother us. Clean and simple with the things you need to make it through a couple of weeks. Hopefully will be staying again in the next year!

Great location

It is a very nice location. Right on the beach and waking up to the view is wonderful. It was very convenient and relaxing on the beach side and being able to have our dog with us at the condo was nice as well, but the dog beach was down at the pier. With my teens being older they loved being on the main strip to watch all of the people and vehicles. The pier is about a mile away, so we would drive down and park there to go shopping and to dinner. We had a great time.

Beautiful condo and beach

Everything we needed for a great stay was included. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was super, our dog liked it, it was easy to get to. The recliners were very comfortable. The only problem we had was that the TV programming was the worst I've ever seen. It was a satellite system. The picture was really good but the selection was awful. No local news, no weather and what I could receive was old John Wayne movies, Baywatch, etc. I really am glad I took my tablet so I could watch movies.

Not happy

Could only use 1 bathroom because the other one was messed up and needed to b replaced, air went out the night before we were suppose check out so we ended up leaving the night before, cooking utensils were gross and pots and pans, the lady that called us was rude and blamed us for the air not working. So we will not b staying there again after we have been staying there for years.

Quit Stay

We enjoyed our quiet stay and loved that the unit was pet friendly. The views were great and the location is amazing. However, we noticed a few cleaning issues such as the floor not being mopped prior to arrival, sheets and pillow cases were dirty in the guest bedroom on one bed, and on one dirty wash cloth was found. We washed the sheets and pillow cases before sleeping. A dirty spatula was also found in the drawer. We washed it and continued on with our stay. Some repairs need to be made that we noticed - shower in master bath retained water and was very slow to drain. The water runs cold very quickly if 2 people are showering at the same time in both bathrooms. The sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. Overall the issues to did not impact our stay very much as we were able to resolve the issues on our own, but feel the issues could have been avoided.

Fantastic Unit on the beach in PCB - Would stay here again and again and again

If you look at the pics, they almost look too good to be true. However, they are legit and I would have absolutely no qualms about renting here again, or recommending it to others. Here are our topline comments about Seachase 602W: LOCATION: On the beach...beautiful view from the three expansive balconies in the unit OVERALL COMPLEX: Very well maintained, immaculate pool, friendly staff FURNISHINGS: Furniture, kitchen appliances and incidentals (cookware, plates, glasses etc.) were all in great shape and new. We could not think of anything else that we needed for our week long rental. As a point of comparison, we rented a unit on Anna Maria Island the week before and it was poorly stocked; example - no plunger for toilets, limited cookware accessories, and minimal kitchen towels etc. OVER THE TOP: The owners had rented two beach lounges and an umbrella for the season...we considered that a major perk and truly appreciated it as part of the package. Used them every day on the beach. GENERAL AREA: Lots of places to eat, shop and relax. Real close to the pier and a mega shopping complex. Perhaps one of the largest shopping areas I have ever seen near a resort area...major stores, outlets, grocery stores etc. MISCELLANEOUS: During our visit, the water heater failed and had to be replaced. I will give all parties involved in addressing this matter five stars for a quick and complete repair. We were without hot water for approximately three hours...certainly no big deal to us. Our thanks to the owners, rental manager (Corri), the property manager (Kathy), the plumber and the Seachase maintenance team for addressing and correcting this matter in a well coordinated manner. They seemed to really care about the comfort of their rental customer. Appreciated. OVERALL OPINION: Absolutely no complaints, great weather and fantastic memories. Phil and Gail Chicago Suburbs

Disappointment

Not so much the condo itself but the property. There was not enough parking because work was being done on underneath parking and workers took spaces facing road. Beach access gates were blocked off so you had to go to east tower to get to beach. At one point you were locked out totally. Also the noise did not allow you to rest. We have been staying at Seachase since 2009 and this was the worst time ever. Maybe suggest that repairs and upgrades be done like Dec-Jan bec Oct is still busy month

Home away from home

This is our third time to stay at Sea Chase. We love it and look forward to more visits in the future. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog Murphy so that he could experience Florida too! It's quiet and not as crowded as other spots on the beach.

Overall very pleased!

The location of this place was AMAZING! Also a huge plus that it’s pet friendly! Check in was a breeze and owner was informative. My only complaints would be that the second bedroom beds were terribly squeaky, the tubs didn’t plug all the way so giving children a bath was a little difficult, and the sliding doors were extremely heavy. My dad is disabled and oxygen dependent and opening and closing those door were a chore. I don’t know if lubing them or changing some bearings may help but it was quite difficult. Overall it was a super nice place and I would come back!

Wonderful place for us and furbabies

This is our second year to stay in this owners property there is nothing I would improve, it was very clean , the bed was very comfortable and kitchen was adequate for our needs. Both units E201 and W602 have earned our repeat visits.
