Diese Wohnung befindet sich in der Gegend Zona Hotelera, einem Stadtteil von Cancún, in der Nähe von Freizeitparks und am Strand. Einkaufszentrum La Isla und Puerto Cancún Marina Town Center sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du Lust auf Shoppen hast. Great escape!

The property was just excellent and even better than we were expecting. Everything is close by and the resort itself is very nice. Lots of things to do and different restaurants to walk to each evening. The beach is just out front and there is a beautiful ocean view from the balconies. We would highly recommend this location and would return for sure.

Excellent Condo and Oceanfront location

This condo was wonderful! So many balconies, all with Ocean view. Being on the corner of the complex made our stay quiet and peaceful. The condo has everything you need and plenty of space for a family. Lidia and Marcella were super responsive, as were the managers, bellmen, etc at the property. I would 150% stay here again! Thank you Lidia and Marcella!

Best beach front rental.

The apartment was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. All stores were within walking distance. Facility was impeccable and staff super friendly. Kids love the pools and activities. Can not wait to come again!! Thank you!!!

Our 1st Resort stay without All Inclusive meals/drinks

My Husband, sister & BIL stayed for 9 days/8 nights. It was spring break (had no idea) so the vibe at the resort was a bit young & loud. Thankful we had our own space to get away from it all. The condo had basically everything you'd need. It was clean & comfortable. The beds & pillows are VERY comfy!! Its the far right corner (facing the beach) so it was fairly quiet. You can't see the beach directly in front of you (villas below block the beach view) but you can to the left or right. Beautiful view of the ocean though which is all we wanted! We decided to rent the condo vs a room with all inclusive deal because typically the food isn't good and the drinks are subpar (Or Bob's dirty bathwater as we like to call it). It did feel a bit like we were excluded but we knew that going in. We took a taxi ($40 rt) to Costco to load up, and went into the mall across the street (grocery store is on 2nd floor) to get everything else. The mall has very few store that are open even though its huge. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend if you don't mind cooking & cleaning during your vacation. I didn't mind because we ate/drank what we wanted. We were going to do an all inclusive day to try the food/drinks but we were content with what we had bought (and we bought way too much). Lidia met us upon arrival and was super nice & helpful! We texted her a few times and she responded quickly! Wifi worked great. Thanks for a great stay!!

Owner manager can help with anything

Everyone in the hotel was staying in a room and they saw us enter into a whole wing of the hotel. Five balconies al ocean view. Great I’ll do it again. First Vrbo in cancun. I’ve stayed at sun palace, the vine, ritz Carleton and although I had to cook my own food the grocery store was right across the street.

A hidden GEM! Awesome location-Awesome find! Highly Recommend~!

I believe this is the only privately owned unit in a all inclusive resort. Two bedroom unit was perfect for my family (3 teenage boys). Great views, beautiful beach, great pools, comfortable beds/furniture, free wifi and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. You can elect to buy day passes to participate in the all-inclusive features, or go across the street to the grocery store (sells food, beer, wine and liquor) and do it all yourself. We did both. We did a few day trips and only did the all-inclusive features on the days we wanted (options are good, right?). The owner's rep (Lidia) met us at the unit to let us in and answer any questions we had. The resort is basically in the middle of the hotel zone and we close to a few good restaurants. I would highly recommend this location. Great trip!

Relaxing vacation

We all enjoyed our stay in the Occidental Tucanxun. The condo is nicely furnished and was very comfortable for my mother , two sisters and me. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The grocery store in the mall across the street had everything we needed. Condo is conveniently located to public transportation. We found some really nice restaurants for dinner every night. It would have been nicer if we could have dined in the restaurants within the resort but we knew that going in. Having wifi was a nice surprise! Would definitely come back.

Large, comfortable, well-appointed unit centrally located in the Cancun Hotel Zone

This property is a large, well-equipped apartment that has clearly been updated and well cared for. It is decorated and outfitted like someone’s personal residence, not cheep timeshare furnishings. It has good views of the ocean from multiple balconies. The two bedrooms are well-separated, providing privacy that works well for families or two couples. Parking is available at no charge if you rent a car. The owner’s daughter lives in Cancun and met us at the property to show us around. Overall, we really liked the unit. There are, however, a few negatives. First, although the listing includes “Wi-Fi” in the description, you must pay the resort on a per-device basis. This can get pricy in a hurry if you have kids with phones or tablets. Second, and most important, the unit is privately held within an all-inclusive resort. You can use the beach and pools, but the restaurants and bars are off limits unless you pay an additional $79 per person per day fee to buy your way into the all-inclusive nature of the resort. Worse still, the place is not set-up to sell you food or drink on a pay-as-you-go basis. Unless you pay the $79 per person per day fee for all of the days you are staying, this arrangement leaves you feeling like a total outsider, unable to really participate in the resort atmosphere. Compounding the problem is that all of the adjacent properties are also all-inclusive, so you can’t easily walk to another beach bar. The only solution is to buy your own beverages and snacks and bring them down to the beach. Not bad, but definitely not the experience I was looking for. In closing, this is a great property from an in-unit sense and works great if you go assume it’s like a condo with a pool and a beach but without a “resort”.

Great location & amenities

Amazing Views

I enjoyed my stay here. The view is just the best from all of the balconies. The place is furnished with everything you would need. Comfortable beds, very clean, and spacious place. Wifi is extra but that's how all the resorts are in Cancun. Overall, I had an awesome time. Lidia was so very helpful and quick to respond. I hope to visit Cancun again very soon.
