Haus ist noch schöner als abgebildet! Super sauber und so viele durchdachte Details (extra Steckdosen zum Aufladen etc am Bett, alle Liegen, Schirme die man braucht .... sogar ein kleiner Kühler!) Kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand, Haus Pool perfekt zum Abkühlen und Whirlpool war toll in der Nacht ... Es gab viel zu sehen und zu tun… Kinder hatten Spaß am Krabben und am Brettspielen in der Nacht…. Lori war großartig und antwortete schnell, wenn wir Fragen hatten ... Toller Urlaubsort & sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Details - Wunderschönes, 3-stöckiges, frisch renoviertes Strand-Duplex mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, 100 Meter vom Strandzugang entfernt.

Voll ausgestattete Küche, 2 Hauptschlafzimmer mit Vollbad, 1 Schlafraum mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Einzelbetten oder zwei Einzelbetten und 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.

Schön durch aus eingerichtet.

Bettwäsche wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und Sie werden zu gemachten Betten kommen. Waschen Sie Bettwäsche beim Auschecken oder zahlen Sie eine Servicegebühr von 50 USD. Deine Entscheidung! Weitaus günstiger als über 200 US-Dollar, um kratzige, steife Laken von Vermietungsunternehmen zu mieten!

Best birthday ever!

This was a great option for my 40th birthday party girls trip. The house was exactly as we expected and the pool and hot tub were a great bonus. House came with so many great things like games, books and a list of things to do and places to eat. It was centrally located to all the good spots. We would definitely stay there again!

First Time Visit To OBX

I can't say enough about this property - it's a beautiful home. The location is wonderful, easy access to the beach, and the community club. We loved having a private pool. As first time visitors we explored the local restaurants quite often. Lots to do and see in this lovely laid back area. Our host was absolutely lovely.

What a fantastic house!

We loved this house! Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was super spacious and had everything you needed. The pool and hottub were awesome after a day at the beach. Having access to the pool club was awesome because we could hop back and forth from the pool to the beach. The beach club was right across the street from the house. Super convenient. The host was super responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Week at Cocoa Cabana

Loved the location and the home. It was nice to be able to utilize the club facilities the first day. We all commented that it made us feel as if we had an extra day of vacation! Lori was great at communicating and we were able to get into the property several hours early. The home itself was great, nicely furnished and more than met the needs for our families. Having a private pool was great and we used it daily after a full day at the beach.

Family Vacation

Nicely decorated. Very convenient to beach club and beach. The beach club had a large variety of amenities, especially activities for both kids and adults. Own pool was great for kids. Extra refrigerator a plus. Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. We went to Corolla for years, but would come back to Nags Head in the future.

Great Location!

The house was in a great location and close to everything. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 5 kids and everyone had plenty of room. Lori was very responsive and the list she provided with activities and restaurants in the area was very helpful. Would definitely stay at this house again on our next trip to OBX!

Great location!

Lori was a fabulous host, per usual! The location was perfect as we were right between the clubhouse/tennis courts and a short walk to the beach. Lori provided everything we needed and responded to our questions immediately. There were a few things that needed to be repaired but nothing major and Lori said she would take care of it right away. We had a great vacation!

Great location and owner communication.

Property was even better than the pictures. It was the perfect size for our family. Very cozy and we all felt right at home. The food and snacks at the Clubhouse were excellent! Highly recommend the shrimp tacos. Our granddaughter loved the community pool. I’m not much of a community pool person; thus, loved our private pool in the back yard. Wished the tennis courts would add Pickleball lines though. Great location. So close to the beach with 2 accesses. We used the boardwalk mostly because it was an easier walk and for rolling our beach cart. Food Lion was like 3 minutes away. Seafood market was also just minutes away. Blue crabs are ridiculously overpriced this year though, so, we passed on these. The owner was fantastic! Her communication was phenomenal both in answering our questions and needs before we booked and afterwards. She always replied so quickly. She emailed us with tons of information along with how to access the duplex 3 days prior to our arrival. Easiest entry keypad we have ever used. Having access to the pool and clubhouse before check-in was a great asset. The duplex was ready 4 hours earlier and she let us know via VRBO. Also, loved that all the beds were made and we didn’t have to strip them at checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

Outer Banks Vacation

My family and I stayed here, and it was a wonderful place. The location was perfect. Very short distance to the beach and the Beach Club. The private pool was a treat too! The house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. We especially liked the two King size bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom. My husband and I got one of those rooms and my in-laws had the other. This was our first time at the Outer Banks. We enjoyed staying in Nags Head because it was close to a lot of restaurants and other activities (i.e. Lighthouse, Wright Brothers Memorial, Sand Dunes, etc…). Lori the host was wonderful. Very responsive and she was a joy to work with!

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay! The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. It was so nice to have extra beach chairs there, as well as pool noodles, rafts, etc. The beach was just a short walk as was the community pool and clubhouse. I would recommend this place for future stays!

Perfect location!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. Very easy walk to the beach and they have plenty of beach chairs available. Someone has taken the umbrellas so you'll need to bring your own. The pool is top notch we used it a lot. The beach is private, so plenty of room. The house is well apointed, everything we needed and plenty of space. The host was very quick to respond to any needs we had. The house is a little worn, but beautifully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome vacation!

This was such a great experience for me and my family! Our party included four adults and three kids (ages 9, 6, and 2) and there was more than enough space for all of us. The property was in the perfect location, right across from the community pool, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and grocery and shopping within 1-2 miles drive. The property itself was clean and in excellent condition. We used the private swimming pool and hot tub out back almost every day. Lori was an excellent host and was very responsive. For example, we asked for the heat to be turned on to the private swimming pool and she arranged for it to be turned on the very next day. Overall it was an awesome vacation and if we ever return we would love to stay in the same place. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect long weekend getaway!

We had an amazing long weekend girl’s trip! The house was perfect for 9 of us. We loved the easy access to the beach right across the street, but we also spent a lot of time at the pool in the back yard and loved using the hot tub at night. The location was great - very close to grocery stores, shopping, Duck Donuts, and anything that we needed for our stay. Lori was so wonderful and answered any questions right away. We will absolutely be back on another trip soon!

First time at obx and LOVED IT!

The property had a fantastic location, very short walk to the nearest beach access and lots of amenities nearby. The house was nicely furnished and had great features such as the pool and hot tub. We used the recommended list of favorites for dining and activities and everything was as described and was so helpful to have a reference guide. The only minor bother was the air fresheners on every level. Necessary, but a little strong. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back again

We chose The Village at Nags head and our particular home for the location to the beach and all the activities that OBX has to offer. We liked that we do not have to cross the busy street to get to the beach and not only do with have the ocean and beach, but we have the pool, snack bar and the sound side Gazebo for kayaking or just hanging out. Our family has spent many summers in Nags head - with our kids, when we had no kids and when WE were kids! We purchased our home in 2014 and have enjoyed spending time in our Cocoa Cabana!

Being so close to the beach is a real treat! A short walk (within 100 yards) takes you to the beautiful decked walkway to our beach. The beach is not overly crowded as there is not a public access. The beach is used by Village of Nags head owners and guests. There is also a lifeguard positioned on the beach nearest the pool if you would like the added security of a guard. It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Once you try it, you will want to come back again and again!
