Amazing!!

The property was great!!! Clean and equipped with everything you may need and some. Sandy the owner went above and beyond. It was our first time at the Coachella festival and she was so helpful. She gave us some of the neighbors phone numbers and we would get a ride from them. The festival was very close but still a lot of walking especially after so the rides were amazing. I would definitely stay there again. Book this property if you are in need!! You won’t regret it.

Coachella Getaway

My friends and I stayed at Sandy's property for Coachella this year and it was perfect! The location of the house is amazing and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We all enjoyed getting to spend some time in the pool/spa after a long day at the festival. Sandy was an incredibly responsive host who answered any questions I had about the property or logistics before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

She is the epitome of a Super Host. Thinks of Everything and overall makes you never want to leave. I hope she updates the pictures because the place is 5X better in person. Serious luxury vibe in tranquil peaceful setting. My two young daughters were in heaven. : )

The house was perfect for our needs. We went to the Coachella Music Festival and the location was super close. We had a great time. First time away with our new granddaughters. Sandy was great to deal with. Checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. House had everything we needed. Unbeatable Coachella stay

Really a perfect stay from beginning to end. This was perhaps one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve had. Sandy is a fantastic communicator, responding quickly and thoroughly to all my questions, and even spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to help think through logistics. The house is fantastic. It is immaculate, spacious, and has high end appliances. The outdoor space can’t be beat with a really nice pool overlooking the golf course. We stayed for weekend one of Coachella and it was as convenient as it gets. The entrance to the community is pretty much across the street from Coachella parking. It’s walkable, but to make it even more convenient, the community offered parking at it’s main gate that cut the walk by half. All around an unbeatable experience. Can’t rate this property highly enough. Book here and you won’t regret it.

Beautiful place!!

We had a wonderful month at this amazing home! It was very clean and had everything you would ever need! The kitchen is huge and well stocked for entertaining. The patio and pool area is beautiful with views of the golf course and mountains. The beds were super comfortable and many sheets and towels available for use. Sandy was a great communicator and made check in easy and answered all of our questions! We would definitely rent again!

This listing lives up to its high ratings. Located on a golf course in a gated community, the property has all the amenities you can think of. Very quiet street and conveniently located near polo fields and commercial areas. Property owner was very accessible and wonderful to work with. This property checks all the boxes.

Great House!

This property was perfect for our family Christmas getaway, including our dog. Everything was as good or better than advertised. The house has everything you need including a fabulous kitchen. Sandy was in constant contact and made sure we were able to check-in easily and had everything we needed. They even had a Christmas tree available. Would definitely want to stay again on our next visit to the desert.

Wonderful second stay!

This property is consistently awesome. This is our second time staying here. The house is immaculately clean, which is usually my issues with rentals.. We have stayed in many rentals and this one is by far our favorite! The pool is amazing, the layout of the house is perfect for our family of 7 and the kitchen is the BEST! The host is super communicative, leaves great instructions and truly wants you to enjoy yourself. 10000% recommend!

A Gem in the Desert

My family and I loved this place. The layout was great, the kitchen was beautiful, the TV was loaded with disney+, hulu, netflix, etc, and the WIFI worked great. Sandy was awesome and when we had a problem with the AC, she was responsive and right on it. The area was safe and quiet, and we enjoyed riding the golf cart around the neighborhood. Pool +spa were excellent, and our dog enjoyed the fully gated yard and watching the golfers. We'll be back!

Great Pool Home

My family and small pug dog loved everything about this home. We would come back in a heart beat. The pool with large baja shelf and great room off the large kitchen made for a very pleasant stay for my family. The owner was very attentive checking in the day we arrived to ensure all was okay, which I've never had a VRBO owner do before. There were absolutely no issues my entire stay and we had a very relaxing time. The golf course and surrounding areas throughout the development seemed very brown and dry. The driving range looked like dead grass? Maybe the drought kept the development from watering as often this time of year? Maybe they were changing over to a new seasonal grass and letting this one die off first? I've never stayed in a golf development in this general area that didn't keep their grass green before... we didn't golf here so it was not a big deal. The beautiful house made up for it. FYI, One of the bedrooms has a "privacy curtain". I didn't understand what privacy curtain meant on the VRBO listing until seeing in-person. There is NO door for privacy in this bedroom, only a curtain hanging from a rod about a foot off the floor large enough for my small dog to walk under. This was okay for my family since I made my 11 and 14 yr old boys sleep in there. However, this may be a bigger concern for others...

Birthday Getaway

Beautiful, clean and comfortable home. Fun backyard with pool & spa, view of mountains and golf course with great bbq. Huge, well-stocked kitchen made cooking-in very enjoyable. Very comfortable king bed and master bath. Access to golf course was a plus. Perfect place for a BD celebration, and we were able to bring our dog too!

Mike and I have been married for 34 years. He is an avid golfer, I love showing horses and our Labrador Retriever dogs. We travel extensively but love coming to our Indio home to chill. We love the bright beautiful mornings and the magnificent stars filling the skies at night. We thoroughly enjoy our home away from home and visit as often as we can.

We love the property and the home because of its large open concept. It opens up to magnificent mountain views in the background and our golf course in the foreground, leading to a very spacious backyard with a resort style pool and spa. Our lot is a larger lot so there is plenty of room next to the beautiful pool and lawn area to move around.

Polo Grounds are 1 mile away . The AKC Palm Springs Dog Show in January at the Polo Grounds. We are 6 miles from Thermal Horse Show Grounds. BMW Performance Center and Track are in Thermal a few miles away. We have Polo during the winter months at the Empire and Eldorado Polo Grounds beginning 1st weekend in January thru March. Lots of Art shows and Farmers Markets to enjoy in La Quinta and adjoining cities. You can walk or bike to the concerts at the Polo Grounds if you like but I recommend buying the parking pass and driving.
