Goofys Golf Getaway Einzigartiges Executive 6-Bett-Haus, preisgekröntes Gated Golf Resort

Unsere Villa ist ein 6 Schlafzimmer, 5 Badezimmer, Coconut Palm-Modell, das 2016 von Park Square Homes gebaut wurde und 3537 m² / 332 m² misst. Wir haben uns für die Option des erweiterten Obergeschosses entschieden, um ein größeres Dachgeschoss, zwei größere Schlafzimmer und zwei weitere Badezimmer zu schaffen. Dies bedeutet, dass unsere Villa 14 Personen bequem beherbergen kann und somit ideal für mehrere Familien ist. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass Sie den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf den Pool- und Deckbereich bekommen. Sowohl der Pool als auch das Deck wurden von der Standard-Deckgröße von 21 'x 40' auf 30 'x 40' erweitert, wodurch ein Pool mit einer Größe von 30 'x 15' entsteht. Dies bedeutet, dass sich hinter dem Pool 5 'Deck befinden, was viele Häuser nicht haben, sodass mehr Platz für Ihre Liegen vorhanden ist. Es gibt eine Reihe von verbesserten Funktionen in der Villa.

Die Gemeinde Providence liegt in Davenport und ist etwa 15 Meilen von Disney World entfernt. Es handelt sich um eine 24 Stunden besetzte, geschlossene Wohnanlage, die sich hauptsächlich aus Wohn- oder Zweitwohnungen zusammensetzt. Dies gibt der Gemeinde ein gemütliches Gefühl und profitiert auch von einem von Michael Dasher entworfenen Par 72 Championship Golf Course.

Es ist voll klimatisiert, einschließlich des Spielzimmers. Im Mai 2018 installierten wir Deckenventilatoren mit Beleuchtung in jedem Raum (ein Bild davon befindet sich im Hauptbereich von Family Gather auf unserer Galerie-Seite) und es sind 200 MBit / s kostenlos verfügbar kabelloses Internet. Unsere Villa wird vollständig von einer langjährigen und angesehenen Property Management Company verwaltet, die Ihnen zusätzlichen Komfort bietet. Wir nehmen ihr "Concierge" -Paket, das mit der "Wäscherei" -Einrichtung geliefert wird. Dies bietet hochwertige Bettwäsche, die den Hotelstil nach Hause bringt. Die Bettwäsche wird professionell gewaschen, desinfiziert und gepresst und vermittelt ein professionelles Gefühl. Dieses Serviceniveau ist beim internen Waschen von Bettwäsche nicht zu erreichen. Dies bedeutet auch, dass das Haus zusätzlich zu Ihrer Reinigung vor Ihrer Ankunft von unserem speziellen Property Manager überprüft wird, um sicherzustellen, dass es den erforderlichen Standards entspricht.

Unsere Villa wurde von einem lokalen Interior Design-Unternehmen zu einem sehr hohen Standard dekoriert und eingerichtet, um dieses stilvolle, anspruchsvolle Gefühl zu vermitteln, aber wir möchten auch das Spaßelement in Goofy's Golf Getaway integrieren, so dass es drei Disney Park Themed Bedroom gibt. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Tischfußball, Airhockey, Dartboard und Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt auch eine Playstation 4-Spielekonsole. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es 32-Zoll-HD-LCD-Fernseher mit Kabel. Die meisten Zimmer verfügen auch über USB-Anschlüsse, so dass Geräte wie tragbare Geräte ohne Reiseadapter aufgeladen werden können.

Erdgeschoss
Im Family Gather-Bereich befinden sich Ledersofas (2) und ein Love-Seat, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie genügend Sitzgelegenheiten zum Plaudern oder Betrachten des Samsung 60 "Smart 4K Ultra HD LCD-Fernsehers haben. Ein Blu-Ray-DVD-Player mit einer guten Auswahl an DVD plus Kabelpaket bietet zahlreiche Betrachtungsoptionen. Wir haben das Kabel auf das Ultimate Package aufgerüstet und bieten Zugang zu 445+ Kanälen mit einer guten Auswahl an Filmen, Sportarten (einschließlich Live-Premier-Soccer-Spielen), Unterhaltung und Nachrichten.

Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 8 Personen rund um den formellen LED-Tisch mit zentraler Beleuchtung! Es gibt auch 4 bequeme Barhocker aus Leder für die Küchenbank. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie benötigen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Das Whirlpool-Gerätepaket besteht aus einem selbstreinigenden Ofen, einer bequem über dem Herd befindlichen Mikrowelle, einem nebeneinander liegenden Kühlschrank und einem Dreizyklus-Geschirrspüler. Bei allen Küchenschränken handelt es sich um die größeren 42-Zoll-Ahornholzschränke, und wir haben uns für die verbesserten Optionen der weißen Schränke und der weißen Viatera-Küchenoberflächen einschließlich der 50/50 Edelstahlspüle entschieden.

Der Waschraum verfügt über einen Whirlpool, eine elektrische Waschmaschine und einen Trockner und es gibt ein Dampfbügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett. Hier gibt es auch einen Safe, der groß genug ist, um einen Laptop unterzubringen.

Gleich neben dem Dining / Gather-Bereich befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die ideal für eine Familie sind. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und Schlafzimmer 6, das Animal Kingdom-Themenzimmer, verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Für diese beiden Schlafzimmer steht ein Gemeinschaftsbad zur Verfügung.

Abseits des Hauptwohnbereichs an der Vorderseite des Hauses befindet sich unser "Chill Out" -Zimmer, in dem wir die optionalen Glastüren eingebaut haben, damit Sie sich abschließen können. Hier haben wir uns für zwei cremefarbene Ledersofas und für die ultimative Entspannung eine Leder-Chaiselounge entschieden. Es gibt einen Fußhocker, den man in einen Tisch verwandeln kann, und auch eine Getränkebar - wir haben absichtlich darauf verzichtet, einen Fernseher hier einzusetzen, so dass man sich hier eine Weile wegnehmen kann, um zu plaudern, zu lesen oder ein hinterhältiges Nickerchen zu machen !!

Die Garage wurde professionell in ein Spielzimmer umgewandelt. Mit einem 7-Zoll-Billardtisch, Airhockey, Tischfußball, elektronischem Dartboard und einem Flachbildfernseher sowie einem Stehtisch mit Hockern ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Garagentor wurde isoliert, um die Hitze draußen zu halten, und mit einem thermischen Vorhang versehen, der ein attraktives Aussehen erzeugt. Eine Klimaanlage wurde installiert, damit der Raum das ganze Jahr über genossen werden kann und die Wände mit Retro-Wandkunst bemalt und dekoriert wurden.

Erdgeschoss
Wenn Sie die Treppe zum ersten Stock hochkommen, werden Sie von dem riesigen Dachboden begrüßt. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um entweder auf der Playstation 4-Konsole zu spielen, Brettspiele zu spielen oder einen Film auf dem anderen Samsung 60 "Smart 4K Ultra HD-LCD-Fernseher anzusehen. Dieses Zimmer hat ein Londoner Flair mit einem roten Ledersofa und zwei schwarzen Barcelona-Ledersesseln, die reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten mit geschmackvollen Drucken bieten und ein wenig von Großbritannien nach Florida bringen.

Alle Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss führen vom Dachbodenbereich ab. Jedes verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, in dem sich vier in sich geschlossene Schlafeinheiten befinden. Sie müssen nicht einmal mit Ihrer schmutzigen Wäsche die Treppe hinuntergehen - schicken Sie sie einfach in den Wäscheschacht!

Hier gibt es zwei weitere Disney-Park-Schlafzimmer, Magic Kingdom mit zwei Einzelbetten und Hollywood Studios mit zwei Doppel- / Vollbetten. Schlafzimmer 5 verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und die Master Suite verfügt über ein riesiges Kingsize-Bett sowie ein Ledersofa und einen Ottoman.

Everything & More..

This was the first time we rented a home and the experience was hassle-free and exciting. Didn't know what to expect but the house was clean, spacious, and inviting. We had everything we needed and more. The pool was our favorite highlight. The kids loved the rooms. We all had our own space. Definitely worth the money and trip. Disney was not in our trip and we had a blast having the cousins under one roof, cooking, grilling, and having fun. Thanks Martin for sharing your beautiful home with my family. We will definitely recommend your place to others as we will be back too

Great Stay!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Goofy's Golf Getaway. Providence is a new area to us, the house cul-de-sac location provided the privacy & southern exposure we look for. The house was beautiful and immaculate and our grandchildren enjoyed the special themed bedrooms and the pool a great deal. We had several exchanges with the owners and found them to be both gracious and thoughtful. We visit the Davenport area several times a year to visit our adult children and we will be back!

The Perfect Family Villa

Staying at Goofys Golf Getaway was one of the best decisions we made. There were 14 of us in total so just the right space for us and more. The villa is beautifully maintained and furnished to a very high standard. My children absolutely loved their Disney themed rooms, it definitely did make our stay more magical. Martin was fantastic in responding to any questions we had. We wish we had stayed for 3 weeks not two 🤩. Perfect Stay

We have just returned from a lovely stay, we were a group of 4 adults 4 children (2 families) the villa was perfect for us all to have enough space and the children loved the themed rooms, lots of little extra welcomes which was lovely and Martin's communication was amazing making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The most wonderful holiday home.

I can’t believe I am at the stage where I am reviewing one of the best Orlando homes we have stayed in over our 18 years of travelling to Florida. We planned this holiday and finding the perfect home for 14 people with lots of special requests and needs to fit 4 different families in was never going to be easy. After much searching we found Goofy’s Golf Getaway. The photos on the internet looked fabulous and the bedroom arrangements were just want we needed. Once we booked with Martin the correspondence, communication and any requests were never left un answered. Even down to allowing us to visit last September 2017 whilst we were in Florida to see exactly what the home was like and bedrooms, so we could allocate bedrooms before we arrived. All I can say is the photos are what you see and even more when you step inside. Visiting the home was no problem at all and Martin welcomed us with open arms to his family’s relaxing Florida home. Over the course of planning Martin was always on hand to reply to an email or answer any queries even including during our visit in March. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We have gotten on great since we rented this lovely home. On arrival at Goofys Golf Getaway after a very long journey it was an absolute bonus to find the most comfortable beds any of us have stayed in Florida. Night after night they allowed us to rest our tired bones after busy days in Orlando. The pool area is second to none the enjoyment and value the kids got out of the pool was priceless. I would recommend though out of season getting the pool heat as it is needed in the cooler months. I could go on about how the bed room are good sizes, the games room was great for the kids to use up the last of their energy when it was too dark for the pool. The loft area was like a play room for the kids they took this over, watched tv and played with new toys purchased on holidays. Downstairs the adults relaxed in the living area or the lovely white “chill” room just off the hallway. The only way to experience this home is book it for your next Orlando family holiday you will not regret it at all. Even though our group was made up of 9 adults and 5 kids we never felt that it was over crowded as there is so much space in this home. It’s in one of the most secure complexes also and has beautiful roads for that early sunny morning walk. We hope in the future we will have a group large enough to return her and rent Martin & Julies wonderful home.

Beautiful House and Amedities - #1 Choice

We were a family of 7 travelling to Florida/Orlando area and looking to be close enough but yet far enough from all of the parks and high traffic areas and we found the best place possible. Goofy’s Golf Getaway was a perfect location and perfect house. We’ve never rented a house and had always stayed at a resort in a few rooms so we were apprehensive at first until our initial connection with Martin the owner of the property. Since our initial request for information from Martin, we knew this was the perfect customer service we were hoping for and all of our initial inquiries were answered thoroughly and promptly. Now to the important information, the house was everything that you see on the site and then some. We couldn’t get over how clean and efficient the house was as well as how large and private the pool area was while backing up to natural land which housed many types of birds and wildlife. If you’re serious about looking the perfect place to rent, don’t hesitate to work directly with Martin as the house and all of it’s bedrooms, bathrooms and the so many amenities are great. I searched for a few months and corresponded with many as part of our due diligence to find the perfect place, and we certainly did for my family of 7. The gated golf community was beautiful. A prime example of the hospitality you’ll be receiving from Martin and the property management company was one where we were expected to fly out on a Tuesday however our flight to Boston was cancelled due to a storm. Martin and the property management team made it extremely easy to allow us to stay another night without a problem at all. Thank you again to Martin and team, you helped make a great vacation even greater. We look forward to coming back and we’ll be referring your house to our friends and family for years to come. Steve

Fun times in Florida!!

Goofy's Golf Getaway Villa was by far one of the best I have booked in Orlando!! My 11 year old Daisy, was absolutely delighted upon arrival to find Martin & Julie had left a Goofy toy and sweets for her! What a lovely touch. The Villa was immaculate! exactly like the photos which is super unusual in Florida. We spent hours finding different fabulous touches like the hidden laundry shoot we all loved this!! Martin called to make sure everything was okay, which of course it was, Hours of fun were had in the pool and games room. Everything we needed was there - Providence is a beautiful place. Thank you Martin & Julie for letting us stay in your fantastic villa - we will be back..... Donna, Paul & Daisy xxxx

Fantastic Getaway in the Sun

Very pleased with the amenities and the standard of accommodation afforded us. There was a total of 12 guests and we felt there was plenty of space for all of us including the children. Martin was very accessible as we had a couple of queries regarding car hire and he responded immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

Get yourself away to Goofy's Golf Getaway

My family and I have just returned from two weeks holiday in Orlando and we stayed at Goofy's Golf Getaway in Davenport. I cannot recommend it highly enough. There are thousands of holiday homes for rent in the Orlando area but what sets this home apart from the rest is the attention to detail. When you spend time at the parks, outlets or beaches (which we did!), it's great to come home to a villa like Goofy's where you can really relax. As you can see from the photos, (yes the rooms are exactly like this) there is so much space here but it's the decor which sets it miles above the competition. My kids and parents in law who travelled with us had so much space to go to if they or we needed a little quiet time. And you felt you were living in great comfort the whole time. We, including the kids looked forward to returning here after a busy day. Whether it's to read a book, use your iPad, play pool, fussball, air hockey or splash about in the pool, this place has it all. The wifi signal is great, the tv's are amazing and PS4, games and dvds were an added bonus. One of my kids had a birthday when we were there and the owners even left her a card and a Goofy plush toy for her! The owners, Martin and Julie, are a pleasure to do business with and we look forward to visiting again. Really, if you are looking to rent a holiday home in Orlando, you will do well to find one as good as this one.

NEED A 6 STAR RATING FOR THIS AMAZING VILLA!

We have been coming to Florida for over 20 years and I can honestly say this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The decor is superb and the facilities for family members old and young are fantastic. Amazing pool area, the kids couldn't wait to get back from a hot day at the parks to have a swim, and there are lots of chill out areas for anyone who wants some quiet time. Do not bother trawling through endless villa options, Goofy's Golf Getaway is the best by far.

A perfect home from home

We have just returned from a two week holiday with friends in Florida and were lucky enough to stay at Goofy's Golf Getaway. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home from home (or rather the home we wished we lived in!). Every aspect of the Villa is designed with family in mind - from the fabulous kitchen, fantastic pool, amazing Games room, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a separate area with a PS4 which was a real hit with two very excited boys! Nothing has been overlooked, with all or needs catered for. The Villa is stunning and surpasses all expectations, finished to the highest of standards. It is situated in the perfect location for our needs - an easy drive to the main attractions but far enough out to allow you to see and experience some of "real" America and some beautiful wildlife. The service provided by the owners has been second to none. The icing on the cake for me was the thoughtfulness of a gift left for my daughter who was celebrating her birthday during our visit. We were overwhelmed. We looked into a number of options before booking Goofys Golf Getaway and could have not chosen anywhere more perfect to stay. We could not recommend it highly enough

Amazing villa not to be missed

This villa is absolutely stunning there are no other words for it. The photographs don't do the villa justice. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. The loft area is a lot bigger than it looks on photos. There has been a lot of thought and planning gone into this villa for people of all ages. You really don't want to leave it. There are so many rooms that if you wanted time out there are plenty of places to go. The pool is amazing and spacious with plenty sunbeds to go around. If you want luxury at an affordable price this has got to be the villa for you and your family. Will definitely be going back. Absolutely fantastic as were the owners Martin and Julie.

Great Villa

Just a great place to stay

You know sometimes you see the pictures posted by the owners and you think "are these real?". Well we can say yes to the ones posted for this villa by Martin, everything was as the pictures stated, this was an amazing place kitted out to the highest spec expected. Everything seemed brand new (just like our hire car which had 6 miles on the clock) as it is very well looked after. There is enough space for adults and the kids to hang out and do their own things. Totally peaceful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the I-4 and Champions gate for restaurants. All we had to do was stock up with food and then everything else was there a perfect home away from home. We had requested pool heating and this was perfect as we visited in December for Christmas. After some long days out it was always a welcome thought that we would return to this great place to relax.. Communication with Martin was excellent throughout and we even contacted whilst we were out there with no issue. Book it you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Family Celebration/Vacation!!

My family and I stayed in Goofy's Golf Getaway to celebrate Thanksgiving and my father's 70th b'day. Upon arrival, the hosts had left a gift for my dad, wine for the adults, and candy for the kids. The home is very clean, beautifully decorated and spacious --- plenty of room for multiple families. The pool area was relaxing... and the game room was just the place for the 'tweens' of the house to escape. We also went to the neighborhood pool one afternoon -- and we all took turns on the slide! The home was perfectly stocked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. And all of the beds were well-made and comfortable. The host family kept in great communication with us prior to our arrival. We couldn't have asked for a better home for our time away! While in town we went to Disney and Sea World -- and made wonderful memories! Thank you so much for everything!!

Perfect Villa

The home is decorated with great care. The kitchen has everything you need and you can eat and watch H.D. T.V. while sitting on comfortable chairs at the bar. The T.V system is great as it has every channel and on demand movies that you could want. The south facing pool is so much fun and receives sun all day long. The kids loved the Disney themed bedrooms and the master bedroom is fantastic! I want a walk in shower at my house! There are excellent H.D. T.V.'s in every room including a beautiful den upstairs. The pool table is top notch and we all have great memories at our stay at this fantastic home! Thank you Martin and Julie for taking care of our every needs as we could not have asked for a better stay! Brian and Kay

We are Martin and Julie. Originally from the North East of England we moved to Hampshire in 2000 due to a work relocation but both took retirement in 2020 and moved back up country to beautiful Northumberland. We enjoy walking, socialising, music and of course all things Disney. We also love our holidays and been fortunate enough to visit some fantastic places, in the U.K., Europe, Asia and North America, but the place we have visited the most and fallen in love with, is obviously Florida. It had been a dream of ours for a number of years to own a place in Florida and in 2015 this eventually became a reality. Having spent a lot of time researching the various communities around the Disney area, scouring over many different properties and generally coming up with more questions than answers, we employed the help of a realtor to guide us. We visited for two weeks in late August/early September, which was more of a working holiday than a relaxing one. Our realtor was brilliant at helping us, asking questions, providing answers and giving sound advice. Although we completely changed our mind as to the community we wanted to be on and the type of property we wanted, we finally agreed a deal the day before we returned to the U.K. and we eventually got our dream home in the sun.

Our aim is to create ourselves a second home that we can share with guests. The emphasis being on the "home" element. Having stayed in many cottages, villas and apartments over the years we know the sorts of things we look for (and by our own admission are quite fussy about) when renting somewhere to stay. Being keen holiday goers ourselves, we also appreciate people spend their hard earned money to enjoy their main family vacation and want their accommodation to be hassle free, comfortable and with all the amenities to make it a perfect stay. Whilst this is our first venture into running a rental villa, we would like to think we have a good idea of the sorts of things anyone wanting to rent will look for. However, we would welcome any feedback if we are missing anything or if you have ideas on what would really help the appeal for renting Goofy's Golf Getaway (we can't promise we can do everything but we will certainly try). We believe we have ticked a lot of boxes with our home, having an extended upstairs creating not only a large game/loft area but excellent sized bedrooms all round and with having 5 bathrooms gives everyone the privacy and luxury of their own facilities. The oversized pool and pool deck create a great outdoors feature to relax in and a games room, comfortable furniture and TV's a plenty should keep everyone entertained. We want our villa to be a fun place to relax and somewhere kids will love, hence the Disney Park's themed bedrooms and games console, but we also want it to have a high end quality feel for adults so we have taken great care in choosing the furniture and decor in the other rooms. We hope you will agree we have got a nice mix and something that will appeal to everyone.

We fell in love with Providence as it has a real quality and sophisticated feel to it that separated it from a lot of other communities. The Golf Course and many green areas just added to the exclusivity and being one of the first to purchase on the development in our street we were able to secure what we feel is the best plot in the avenue. We have no rear neighbours and can enjoy the views and the wildlife of the conservation area.

We say our home is unique, as the three Disney Park themed bedrooms were all hand painted and designed by us so we know nobody will have the same themed rooms as us.
