Das NEU RENOVIERTE Turnkey Studio ist Ihr zweites Zuhause im Bonita Beach & Tennis Club in der 8. Etage des Gebäudes. 4 innerhalb eines Komplexes von 5 Gebäuden.

Der Bonita Beach & Tennis Club ist wirklich der perfekte Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen! Die Küche mit Essbereich ist mit Edelstahlgeräten wie Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank gut ausgestattet. Zusammen mit allen notwendigen Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und Besteck. (ausgenommen Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit; es gibt jedoch eine gemeinschaftliche Münzwäscherei im Erdgeschoss von Gebäude 5 (1 Gebäude darüber).

Das helle und komfortable Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein Ausziehsofa und einen 43-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit zahlreichen Kabelkanälen. Optional können Sie Netflix und WLAN kostenfrei nutzen.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein luxuriöses Kingsize-Tempur-Pedic-Bett mit gestärkter weißer Bettwäsche. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich das komplett renovierte Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank bietet viel Stauraum.

Von Ihrem Screen-In-Lanai aus genießen Sie einen wunderschönen Blick auf Bonita Beach und die Skyline von Neapel im Südwesten. Das kürzlich renovierte und wunderschön eingerichtete Studio liegt nur wenige Schritte von den weißen Sandstränden von Bonita Beach entfernt, darunter "Barefoot Beach" und das berühmte Restaurant "Doc's Beach House". Docs Gastgeber 'Bonita Jet Ski & Para-Sail', die alle Arten von Verleih anbieten, wie Jetskis, Kajaks und Paddleboards für Strand- und Wasserliebhaber in dieser erstklassigen Lage in Bonita Beach / Little Hickory Island.

Der Bonita Beach & Tennis Club befindet sich auf 15 Hektar wunderschöner Landschaft direkt gegenüber dem Bonita Beach und bietet 2 Tiefwasserpools. 10 HAR-TRU-Sandtennisplätze, (kostenlos) Boccia-Plätze, Basketball, Shuffle Board und Grillmöglichkeiten vor Ort.

Excellent Location/Cute Condo

The location was great for walking across to the beach and having a great dinner at the location restaurant. We had a rental car and it was easy to get around, nothing we wanted to do was to far out of the way. The view from condo was awesome, specially for storm watching. Condo was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. Easy to work and communicate with property owner. Would for sure come back here!

Just right!

It is a lovely space in a great location. The pictues show how nice it is. The screened-in balcony was one of my favorite places. There is road noise but I would expect every unit in the complex has that. It didn't bother us. We plan to return!

Best location and view we have ever had on the Gulf side of Florida

We stayed here the first week of Feb 2019. My wife and I are seniors and loved it!!!! The 8th floor level has great views of the Gulf and surrounding area from the large screened in lanai. It's just steps from a great beach with beach equipment for you to use in the condo. The building is a little dated but well maintained and very quiet. When you step into the studio size condo apartment you'll think it's brand new with all the renovations. There's lots to do in the area with many places to eat within easy walking distance. Of all the rentals we've done over many years this was our best one.

Wonderful stay; host was very accommodating

Bed was especially comfy. Kitchen was well outfitted. Towels were plentiful and soft. The 8th floor terrace, overlooking the gulf, was the perfect start and finish of my day. Like many beachside Florida buildings in this price range, the property is older and shows it, but that didn't bother me ... And I so appreciated the host, Keela, who was gracious, kind and accommodated me when, because of Covid and later, a crazy work deadline, I had to twice reschedule my stay. I'd recommend her and this property.

Great condo for a couple

My husband and I stayed here for a short getaway. It was great…had everything we needed in the condo, although we didn’t do much cooking. Beach chairs, coolers, and umbrella were perfect to take to the beach. We ate at both the restaurants close by, walking from the condo. This was the perfect place for a little vacation!

Great condo in an amazing location

My wife and I needed a beach getaway and this condo exceeded our expectations. It was a short walk to the beach, very clean, nicely furnished and well stocked with home essentials as well as beach gear. The building and surroundings are well maintained and there are a lot of great bars and restaurants to walk to. We would absolutely stay here again next time we travel to Bonita Springs.

Cute place

The outside of the buildings wereca bit shabby. The unit was clean and met my expectations. The walk to the beach was longer than 3 minutes because to cross the blind curve you had to walk to the crosswalk.

Close to beaches and restaurants

The property was nice for 2 of us. Our view was nice. It was a bit loud on the balcony with the road below but we expected this. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. Doc’s on the beach was great for a quick bite to eat and drinks. They rented chairs and umbrellas. The double chair with umbrella rented for $38. However our condo had chairs, umbrellas and coolers for us to use. Also an abundant of beach towels. The beach was long and we could walk forever. Coconut Jacks was another restaurant so close to the property. We ate there a couple of times. The food was good. I really liked the coconut shrimp. The condo: fully equipped. The kitchen had everything. Both a Kurt if and a regular coffee pot. Full sized fridge, dishwasher, etc. plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper,etc. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Getaway to Bonita Beach

We enjoyed your lovely condo with it’s close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The condo had a modern kitchen and a lanai with views of the gulf. Providing beach chairs and towels made going to beach convenient. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo.

Great place for two in Bonita Springs, FL

It met our needs for space and location (across the road from the beach), with a great view of the gulf. The unit included beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and tennis raquets to use at the onsite courts. There were many restaurants nearby, some within walking distance.

Loved it!! Great location!

We came for the beach and the property was conveniently located right across from Barefoot Beach. We walked to the beach every day and utilized the beach chairs, cooler, and towels provided. We loved being so close to Doc’s as well. It’s a great spot!!

Great stay

This was one of the best vrbo properties I have stayed at in a long time. It was very clean on arrival. There was no guessing it had been cleaned. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and beach chairs and towels. Communication with owner was easy and quick. We were even able to get an early check in. The property was supper convenient! Quick walk to the beach and pool right outside the building. We also noticed how well kept the property grounds were. Everything was clean and we felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again!

February get away.

The condo was super cute and clean. Everything was new. The mattress was heavenly, so comfortable. We loved that their were beach chairs, towels and umbrella, even a cooler. The condo had lots of extra supplies. Loved sitting on the balcony every morning for coffee and evening for drinks. Location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. Central location to other area beaches. We drove up and down the coast to Naples, Marco Island and Lovers Key State Park. The neighborhood had wonderful running and walking path. There are plenty of things to do at the condo too. Local restaurants were great too. Coconut Jacks was within walking distance. Very yummy cocktails and seafood. The owner of the condo was super easy to communicate with. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning unit and she was quick to respond and fix the problem. We had a very relaxing vacation. Perfect location and condo for couple looking to get away. We will be back!!

Vacay!

The best thing about this condo is that you share no walls with neighboring condos. The layout of building is very nice. The apartments are great size for 2 people. This condo was so cozy. We loved the ample towels and just loved the soft bed and sofa too. The only things that would’ve made it perfect is if we had one day of coffee supply or tablets for dishwasher, but that’s no biggie. We would choose this place again for sure.
