East Cleave is a charming detached cottage, situated near the village of Bridestowe. Inside you will find three bedrooms, comprising two doubles and a family bedroom with twin beds and a bunk bed. There is also a family bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Additional rooms include a well-appointed kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sitting room with a woodburning fire place. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking for three cars, a small garden area to the side and stunning rural views. East Cleave cottage is a perfect base for a family getaway to Devon.

Amenities: Woodburning fire. Electric double oven, ceramic hob, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, toaster, iron, ironing board, washer/dryer. TV, DVD player, large selection of DVDs, games and puzzles and WiFi. Travel cot and highchair available. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars available. Small lawned area. Well behaved pets welcome. One plastic dog bed is provided but please bring own dog bedding. Sorry, no smoking allowed inside the property. Local shop and pub within a 20-minute walk. Note: Please bring your own bedding/mattress for travel cot as this is not provided. Note: Please be aware Aga is for decor only.
