Me and my friend Cyra always wanted to build a dream destination high up in Himalayas or Karakorum mountains. To present the soft and beautiful face of Pakistan. To highlight its beauty and the brilliant hospitality of its locals.

This project has been very special for us. This is a product of passion and vision. A vision for something that ties in with the nature. We wanted to show-case the beauty of the land and its richness with having as minimum carbon foot print as possible.

Building such a Nordic dream in this terrain had some inherent problems but we worked closely with our contractors, suppliers and local experts. Together with a dedicated team, we were able to achieve this miracle.

Sustainable Tourism

We believe and strive for sustainable tourism. In this regard, we have had our whole infrastructure built around the idea of safe-guarding and preserving the natural landscape around us.

Not a single tree was cut during the construction of the place. In fact we let the trees stand in the middle of our huts where it was possible. The local depart of environmental protection made this resort as a model resort based on the principal of environmental protection and eco-tourism.

There are three single bedroom huts with double or twin beds options and three 2 bedroom villas. All except one villas and the café are build using minimalist Nordic design and metal and glass has been used extensively. This ensure minimum carbon foot-print and minimal disruption to the environment. Café sides are of reflective glass, which ensure its completely blended with the trees around it. The roof of the café is also transparent, offering uninterrupted views of the clear blue skies and tree-tops.

One of the executive villa is made of earthy materials as a homage to the local architectural practices. The wall and mud and clay plastered and the ceiling and roof is made of raw tree branches, covered with clay and mud. It gives very warm and cosy cottage like feeling.
