Pawley's Peace is located at a Top Notch Golf Resort and is less than10min from the beach. It also serves as comfortable home base for excursions to surrounding areas like Myrtle Beach and historic Charleston. We can assure you peace of mind as we have the condo thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest. We hope you can take some much-needed time away from the hustle bustle life style back home. This third floor condo overlooks the 1st hole fairway on the True Blue golf course where the condo is located. Being a top floor(NO elevator), end unit, this two bedroom, two bath condo has vaulted ceilings in the living area. No neighbors above you to worry about. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds. There is a pull out sofa bed for additional guests. There are TV's located in both bedrooms in addition to the one in the living room and free Wi-Fi is provided.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishes/utensils/cookware and basic seasonings. For those who need their morning coffee, there is a coffee maker and a Keurig for that one cupper.

Super Ferienwohnung. Hervorragende Ausstattung. Super host/Gastgeber. Und zusätzlich noch der state park pass für huntington Park! Waren fast 3 wochen dort. Kommen gerne wieder.

Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful! Home was tidy and comfortable, screened porch was nice, and pools were great for the kids. Pack light, you have to carry things up 3 flights of stairs.

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very comfortable, clean and really enjoyed the view- first hole of True Blue golf course. Kitchen has everything you need. As an additional bonus a State Park pass is there to use. We go to Huntington Beach; clean and not busy like others. We were told about the True Blue golf club for breakfast and lunch; so pretty, overlooks the 18th hole and food was so good with large portions. Definitely a great place to call home for a couple weeks. Thank you for the hospitality.

Pawley's Peace: Comfortable and Convenient

Pawley's Peace was the perfect property for a long-weekend at the beach. The condo was conveniently located with a number of restaurants and shops within a 10-minute drive, had all of the amenities we needed, and (most importantly for me) was very clean! Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

I had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Owners very quick to respond. Clean. Quiet. Good water pressure 👍👍 I thought it was a nice touch to have the State Park pass and the pool access bracelets. I used the park pass. The location was perfect for the activities that I was interested in doing.

One of the best places ever!

The communication with owner right after rental to the check out was amazing. The unit was so extremely clean!!!!! The owner left everything you could possibly need or want for your stay! I would highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to go back!!!

All you need for a relaxing, convenient stay.

Pawley's Peace was a great place for our family vacation. The unit was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. We really loved the screened balcony. The pool pass was nice. We really appreciated the season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. The Condo is in a very convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach.

No frills, but quiet peaceful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It had everything we needed, it was located close to the beach and shops. The grocery store is maybe a half mile away. It's located on the 3rd floor with no elevators, and the closest pool is located within a 5 minute walking distance. There is very little water pressure in the master bath and the water does not get hot, warm, but not hot.

Pawleys Island stay

My husband and I stayed in this condo from 7/15 to 7/19. Mike the owner was very easy to work with and stayed in touch as the dates got closer for us to leave. The condos location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The area was very quiet and check in was easy. The balcony is screened which was great for the mornings we had coffee outside watching the golfers play as it is on the 3rd hole. The unit was immaculate and spacious. We had reservations for 2 restaurants which I made before we arrived at Chive Blossom and Caffe Piccolo. The food was and service was great at all the restaurants we went to. I would highly recommend renting this unit and we loved Pawleys Island! We went to a beach in Pawleys Island less than 7 minutes from the condo and also Litchfield Beach. We loved both beaches. Great Condo for Wedding Weekend

We stayed for a short weekend for a friends wedding. The location was perfect, only 7 or so mins to the venue (Pawleys). There was plenty of shops around for grocery and such. The condo was cozy and came prepared with just about everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were super comfortable as well! Since we were only there for a short time and we didn’t intend on doing laundry, this was fine, but if you plan to be there a while, the towel supply was limited to our number of guests (4). We looked, but couldn’t find extras. That would have been nice since we had to improvise for something when we stepped out of the shower so we didn’t slip. Otherwise everything was fantastic and Mike is super responsive through the messaging service! We would stay again!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at the property, and this visit was just as enjoyable as the first. Condo is clean and well maintained. Neighborhood is quiet but still within a convenient distance to restaurants and attractions. Great value!

Best Property!

This property was simply the BEST. It lived up to all it was advertised to be and so much more. There were 2 bedrooms with a tv in each one. In addition there was a giant tv in the living room. The grounds were beautiful with a golf course located right on them. This property is also very close to just about anything and everything you'll want to see in and around the area. I will be staying here again the next time we come into town!
