Built in 2022, this peaceful retreat, is filled with many modern amenities. The large fully stocked kitchen features an induction cooktop, two ovens, microwave and large island for meal preparation and gatherings. Spa bathroom offers large open shower with two shower heads, heated stone floor, heated towel rack and large vanity. Separate infrared sauna provides therapeutic relaxation. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, adjustable height desk and chair, and cedar lined closet. Bedroom 2 contains two twin adjustable beds, large TV and cedar lined closet. The living room features wood burning stove, two ergonomic reclining chairs and ottomans, two sofas and large TV. Windows surround every room, providing plenty of natural light. Central air-conditioning/heat and ceiling fans provide the perfect temperature and unit contains full-size washer and dryer. Large wrap around deck offers stunning views and makes the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

Beautiful property for a peaceful stay!

My wife and I were in town for a family event and some business meetings. We were so happy to find this lovely home for our stay. The home is beyond clean and overall comfortable. You can tell the owner Fiona put a lot of thought and time making this a great rental. The appliances were top of the line, heated floors in the bathroom, and all the sheets and towels were so clean. Communication with Fiona was easy and she made us feel welcome. The only thing to note is two of the beds are singles and the other bed is a pull-out couch. Would have been nice to have at least a real queen bed. But the single beds were very comfortable with adjustable head and feet. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Modern design, beautiful location

The photos don’t do it justice. This is a high quality, new home in excellent condition. The location is in a subdivision in a rural area with nicer homes. The home is sited on a hill with natural landscaping and has a beautiful deck.

Super clean, zen-like property!

I was drawn to this home’s photos. Staying here was an enjoyable change from staying at a hotel. When I arrived, Fiona provided a warm welcome, quick tour and introduction to the home’s features. Some highlights were: Norwegian furniture, high end kitchen appliances, large smart TVs, sauna and electric bending beds! The bathroom had its own digital temperature control for a warmer, cozier feeling - particularly when stepping out the shower. The shower was wall-less and had two rain-shower shower heads - one fixed and one moveable. It had high end shampoo and bath soaps. There was a towel warmer and well stocked drawers under the sink. The toilet made biology breaks quite an experience (!) - starting with a toilet seat lid that automatically opened on approach, followed by a heated seat (!), automatic flusher and night lighting. Speaking of lighting, the home’s interior and exterior lighting, dimmers and wall switches were all top notch. …The wind and rain prevented me from enjoying the back deck and surrounded nature; but please know the setting is particularly peaceful and pretty - even in what can sometimes be the dreary month of January. -and when I get home. I plan to buy a leather zero gravity recliner with ottoman - JUST like the two Ekornes at this home!

Zen weekend

short getaway for friends 65 bday. snow tubing at Nashoba Valley tubing 15 min away. Vineyard 15 min away although we didn't go, yoga each day, trails nearby, beautiful views, loved the infrared sauna, heated everything in bathroom! high end furnishings, appliances, etc. such a peaceful place. host was so accommodating! The house was just amazing. Appliances were beyond up-to-date. Furniture was not only functional, but extremely comfortable. Every detail made for a lovely time. Fiona was a wonderful host. We would love to visit again next year!

Beautiful Place to Retreat and close to Concord

We used this home as a place to stay while visiting Concord family for Thanksgiving. It is a modern, well appointed new guesthouse with views from each window. We were very comfortable and liked the place enough to wish we could have spent more time there. It would be a great place for an individual or couple to use as a retreat from the bustle of everyday life. Peaceful with fast internet.

A little treasure in Littleton

Just a delight. The house is situated in a private elevated site with trail for dog walking - a real warm welcoming feel. Top end finishes and feel everywhere. Sunrise over the hills was an unexpected bonus. Fiona is right next door and a very attentive host.

Amazing Guest House

This house is simply amazing and has everything needed for a short or extended stay. It is immaculate inside, the view is stunning, and Fiona is fantastic. We needed a place, as a family, to catch our breath and we could not have asked for a better place to do so. A rating of “5” is not high enough.

Welcoming guest house

Beautiful, modern, welcoming guest house in a lovely area! The host, Fiona, is kind and thoughtful, and she has anticipated everything that a guest might need. Gorgeous views and location!

This was an absolutely beautiful house with all the modern touches! The view was incredible, and the garden had been landscaped with native plants, so our mornings having coffee on the porch were spent looking at the various birds and butterflys enjoying the garden. It was also a very welcome surprise to see the fireflies at night! This was a wonderful place to stay, and I look forward to booking it again in the future!

Friends Night away

This place was perfect for our girls night away! There was plenty of space for 4 of us and the accommodations are top notch. The setting is private and beautiful. It was so nice we did take out for dinner so we did not have to leave. Fiona was a gracious host.

Perfect Peaceful Get Away

We found this house to be perfect for a little work/vacation getaway. Everything in this home is thought out and well designed not to mention it’s located on a beautiful piece of property. The breeze continually blew through the house, keeping it comfortable even when the outside ambient was warming up around 80 during the day. My pup had a blast running around on the property and exploring all the nearby hiking trails and conservation land. The owner Fiona was wonderful, readily available for any questions we had and pleasant to talk with. We would stay here again!

I cherish every morning in this newlly built compound on the hill. The sunrises are stunning. The fresh air and the sounds of nature are healing. I love going for a run every morning, right here on the private track around the property. Premier hiking trails are but a step away. I love connecting with nature and think about things - winter, spring, summer and fall - in a quiet comfy sunlit room with a hot cup of tea. I'm a quiet attentive person and enjoy getting to know my guests.

The team worked well together and put their hearts and souls into creating this stunning property. You feel the magic the minute you arrive.

The guest house is sunny and warm with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood stove, two large Google TV sets with a complete choice of content to watch, Internet and Wi-Fi and all the comforts of home. The house is wheel-chair compatible. Being commited to health, we put in an infrared sauna and use only non-toxic cleaning products. You will have access to the outdoor walking/running path, hiking trails and beautiful landscaping. It's a peaceful place with a caring an welcomming host. We are on a secluded island of beautiful nature and at the same time close to shops, restaurants and movie theatres. It's a dream house.
