Bright and spacious farm house retreat.

Our beautiful farmhouse is located on our family's fully functioning farm. The exterior of the house itself has a large yard with several mature trees and gazebos, with a main level and second story balcony, and a backyard patio perfect for grilling with farm views. Our house is equipped with all of your basic necessities to stay, and has plenty of room to spread out throughout the 4,100sqft. The master bedroom is complete with it's own attached full bathroom, large walk in closet, towel warmer and balcony access. Aside from the master bathroom, there's two full baths upstairs as well. With a living room and a den, there's plenty of room for a large group. Extra bonus rooms around the house include a home office, mudroom that also serves as a kitchenette, laundry room with a half bath, formal and casual dining rooms and a large/quiet sitting area upstairs with scenic two story windows. Pool and hot tub are available spring through fall. (Pool can be heated for $75/day)
*** Pool is currently OPEN for the Summer Season, and the hot tub will always remain OPEN.
***Please note that this is a fully functioning farm. Please do not cross the fence on the West side of the property, as there can be equipment or large animals.

Beautiful home

My family and I had an amazing stay over the New Year’s holiday. The house is absolutely beautiful and was decorated so nice for the holidays. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful. I had a few questions for the host during our stay and had very timely responses. If I had any recommendations to the hosts, it would be to have some Tupperware or large bowls available to use. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this amazing property.

My sons wedding weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The wedding was at The Stone House Farm right down the road which made it convenient for us to go back and forth. I would recommend anyone having family getting married at The Stone House to rent this house. It has more than enough room for everyone.

Spacious and Relaxing

Beautiful home. Lots of room for our large family. Beds were comfortable and the pool was nice. Enjoyed the hot tub and the views of the animals. Quiet area in the country but close enough to other areas to find things to get out to.

Relaxing

We wanted a place with a pool for our family vacation. We still needed to be close to home as my sister could only get two days off of work. There were 6 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs, and we had plenty of room. So it’s perfect for larger groups. We didn’t opt to have the pool heated, but I wish we would have. It was still lovely. We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t give any details on that. We also brought our own towels and toilet paper just in case since this was our first VRBO rental. They did have these items available though. The dining table is nice and large which was perfect for the board and card games we brought with us. The woodwork in the house was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion

Stayed at Riverview House with my kids and grandkids for a family reunion there with my Mom, siblings and a few nieces and nephews. It was a perfect location and set up for us. The adults enjoy the peaceful setting and the kids enjoyed the pool and yard and viewing the cows. Our host Macy was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely recommend.

This rental was great for a larger group of people. It's a huge house with plenty of outdoor space so we never felt like there were too many people in the house. The hot tub and the pool were great amenities! We did purchase the option to heat the pool, but I wonder if it works better if you're staying for a longer period of time (we were only there for a weekend) because we didn't really notice the pool feeling warm -- luckily it was super hot so it worked out. The hosts are great and super communicative. Plenty of towels and dishes. Ample parking. Would recommend this rental for anyone with a large group of people.

Wedding Weekend

This estate home on a working farm felt like we were in a Hallmark movie with our children coming home with our first grandchild. We absolutely loved this home and the property. We had three dogs with us and loved walking them around the very large estate. Lots to sniff at and look at cows. The home was very clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly have needed. I loved soaking in the hot tub with my son-in-laws having some adult beverages. We hope to find a way to return because this place is comfortable, spacious and stunning.

The living spaces at the farmhouse were perfect!! Kitchen and eating spaces great for a nice sit down dinner. We brought our own Kuerig but the coffee maker worked fine(just slow). We would love to return in the Summer months to enjoy the pool, patio and fire pit someday. Beds were all comfy! Host responded quickly to any questions we had. Great stay!

Magical Christmas

Our family stayed 3 days over Christmas. This house did not dissapoint! Everything was exactly as stated and impeccably clean and well maintained. The owener was quick to respond and easy to work with. We arrived to find the house fully decorated for Christmas, including 2 beautifully decorated trees inside the house- what a perfect Christmas surprise. Spacious and Nice Rental

Perfect country setting for family time over long wedding weekend

Enough room for extended family from 2 different states to stay & enjoy the visit but still have their own privacy. House was super clean. Small children in our party loved all the space outside to run & of course the pool. I reached out to owner day before checkin asking if there was an iron in the house. Was told there was. Thought it was so sweet to find new one waiting on me at checkin. Beds were better then most houses we've rented in the past. Would most definitely rent again.

Family Get away

Had a long overdue family vacation everything was clean and very nice house is really big the pool was nice but very cold even though it was very warm outside my grandkids love looking at the cows owners are very nice and got back to me asap the only down fall is all the bedrooms are upstairs I just had knee surgery and was very hard for me to get upstairs we rented the apartment that was attached to the house so we had the whole house to our self’s not much to do around there but that’s what we wanted just so good old family time thanks for sharing your wonderful beautiful house with us

Great vacation

We had a great time. The house is super clean, the pool is well maintained, there is plenty of linen and pool towels. My kids had a great time, and we enjoyed the relaxing and slower pace of life there! the couch in the living room is super nice and comfy, plenty of tv viewing options.

Family Getaway

Very large home with everything you need! Kitchen and linens well stocked. Pool and hot tub were a nice amenity. Large yard for outdoor games. Plenty of firewood for firepit. Bonus was discovering the Byron Family Fun Day on Saturday with Duck Race and Cardboard Boat Regatta!
