Over 10,000 sq ft of space for your next reunion, corporate retreat or group gathering to spread out and relax. The 11-acre property includes a heated pool, sport court, pirate ship playground, children's 2-story playhouse, fishing pond, outdoor amphitheater, large grassy area, fire pits and outdoor kitchen. Inside, enjoy all the comforts of a luxury home: 13 bedrooms 10.5 bathrooms, a theater room, steam shower, wolf and subzero appliances and a pebble ice maker. Kick back and enjoy breakfast on the patio, wildlife watching and the incredible views, or venture out to the nearby running and mountain biking trails. Ski resort are an hour's drive. A world away from your busy life, but ten minutes from Costco, Walmart and lots of restaurants.

Disclosure: There are multiple security cameras around the house/property covering most of the outside areas, including the pool/hot tub area. There are no security cameras inside the house.

Great space and really well stocked

Our group was a corporate group and had a really nice stay. The kitchen and other spaces were really well stocked, the rooms and amenities were also very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful too. Communication with the property manager was very necessary to be able to use everything but it was very easy and pleasant.

Perfect place for a large family reunion

This place was incredible. The property manager was quick to respond, easy to work and so helpful before our stay, during our stay and even after our stay. We had a family of 32 stay here and never felt claustrophobic. The home is huge, bedrooms are spread out, and with the large open floor plan and tall ceilings it's perfect for all the energy of housing infants up to grandparents. Never once did the children and teens mention the "bored" word and we stayed for a full 7 days. They even had 1 highchair and 2 pack n plays on site for our use. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. It is such a peaceful and private place. Even with such a large and boisterous group it was very easy to find quiet spots on the property to have quiet, alone time. Highly recommend.

Great House

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the media room, ping pong table, foosball table, pinball machine and video game machine. We used the pool everyday. The grounds were beautiful. Ryan the onsite manager was great. Kitchen, dining and living area was a perfect large gathering place to make meals, play games and visit. The ice maker and bottle filler were great touches. We plan to stay again.

Top Notch Property and Accommodations

We celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary with our extended family at this incredible property. We were anticipating a beautiful, luxurious, fun home, and it was all of those things and more. The kitchen space was awesome for preparing and serving our group; the pavilion and green space by the lower pond provided the perfect evening gathering space where we played soccer, 9-square, fished, and toasted marshmallows. The outdoor play areas appealed to young and old; and the attention to detail inside was better than any home we have ever stayed in. Toys, books and games were provided for the babies and toddlers; and arcade and board games were available for the older kids and adults. Furnishings, towels, bedding and kitchen supplies were of the highest quality. We lacked nothing, and felt generosity extended at every turn, with all that was provided. Ryan, the property manager, was accessible, responsive, and more than kind. He answered our questions, invited the kids to help feed the swans, and even noticed a flat tire on one of our vehicles and offered in inflating it. We felt very taken care of! I can’t say enough good about our stay, and we are so grateful for the opportunity we had to celebrate with family. The memories we made here will be treasured always.

Great large family reunion

Everyone loved this reunion. There was plenty of space, with the property's large number of rooms and bathrooms! There were so many options for activities for all age groups. Some went fishing, others swimming, still others loved the paddle boats/canoes or playing on the swings, with most waiting their turn on the sports court/pickle-ball court. The accommodations were beautiful and there was ample room and supplies for our large group. The only down side was, our numbers exceeded the Mapleton city ordinance for ever night guests. A few families had to go home at night and return in the morning. It was a good thing some lived close by! You will not be disappointed! We had a wonderful time- it was fabulous! Everything was well maintained and gorgeous, as the pictures suggest!

Just SO great!

This place was wonderful! We had all ages in our 26 people and EVERYONE had a great time. It has way too many amenities to list them all but we just wished we could stay and stay and stay. It had everything we needed and the property manager kept everything on this large property running smoothly. SO MUCH FUN!

Amazing property

We are a group of 5 families who have been friends since college and travel every Memorial Day to different locations around the country to spend time together. This house had everything we need and more-from space for adults to hang out to so many activities for the kids, we weren’t looking to leave the property almost at all. Such a beautiful space with so much natural beauty. We loved the sport court, pool and fishing was so enjoyable for the kids. Would highly recommend!

Micro-wedding/family reunion of our dreams

This property had everything we could ever need or want for our family get together to celebrate our union. The kids had a blast fishing at the lower pond, we played HOURS of pickle ball, had canoe races at the upper pond, and swam in the heated pool. We also had an opportunity to hold the baby swans! Ryan, the property manager was very attentive and involved in our stay. He lives in another house on the property so he was there any time we needed something which was very nice, especially when setting up for our wedding and needing random things like extension cords that were forgotten. On that note, if you are hoping to stay up late partying in the pool this may not be the place for you. At 10pm sharp Ryan will be there to let you know it’s time to pack up and move inside. There are neighbors very close by, so quiet hours must be respected. That being said, we just moved our celebration inside each night and that wasn’t an issue at all for us. Overall, this property was lovely and our entire family wants to go back for a reunion each year!

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this one-of-a-kind property. We had a large group in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Ryan the property manager was very attentive. We even caught some good size bass in the pond. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Property

We had an executive retreat here for 3 days and it was perfect. Plenty of space for people to break off to have small meetings. What makes this property special is how well set up it is. Tons of everyday items missing at most rentals where present here. They had everything we could think of. We were inside the entire time so I can't speak to the rest of the property, but it looked perfect for family reunions. We'll be back.

Amazing weekend retreat!

We stayed at the property for a weekend retreat of female real estate investors - many of whom own their own short term rentals (so you could say our bar is set pretty high). This property went above and beyond our expectations! It is beyond beautiful inside with an amazing view from almost every window. The owners have truly thought of everything in terms of amenities. Ample amount of towels for showering and the pool. The on site property manager is always available for questions. All in all we would love to book this property again!

Great family reunion gathering place

Our family spent Christmas at the Maple Mountain property. We found it sparkling clean and well equipped. We had 23 staying there and it worked perfectly for us. We swam and enjoyed the hot tub everyday day we were there. Our grandkids loved sledding down a step drive way on the property. One son-in-law even used a peddle boat on the upper pond with his oldest son. Our walkers and runners found the paved Mapleton city path a great place to stretch their legs and enjoy valley views. We had family ping ping tournaments and played games. The double tables upstairs made for great conversations and easy feeding of such a large group. We hope to return soon!

Breathtaking Views

I cannot give a high enough review. The house and property itself were breathtaking, but the owners and property manager are what made our stay so magical. They were so attentive, helpful, and endlessly kind. We are so grateful they allowed us to enjoy such a beautiful space, and loved getting to know Ryan. He taught us about the wildlife and made sure the weekend went off without a hitch! They’re fantastic people, and have a phenomenal property. Thank you again!

Something for everyone

Where to begin!? The home was spacious, clean, well stocked with activities for each member and age of our family. Our littles spent much time in the under stairs playhouse. Everyone enjoyed the pool, in & out, in & out. The middles were on the basketball court. The olders often sat around the fire in the evening or on the porch watching the swans during the day and our 90 year old ancients fell asleep on the couch while we watched a family slideshow on the full wall projection TV. The main floor kitchen had dishes and small & large appliances for all of our needs. Our family left renewed in our love for each other and refreshed. We would recommend this lovely home to any group.

This was the cleanest home and the manager was THE BEST. Anything we needed, it was immediately on top of it. The grounds were beautifully taken care of there was so much room for everyone. We had 30 women with us and we didn’t want to leave!!

Magical Stay

We had an amazing stay at Maple Mountain Springs. Twenty four family members of all ages were able to stay in the beautiful home. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need & every comfort you could possibly desire. We held my daughter's wedding reception under a large event tent on the lawn in front of the property. The property manager was excellent to work with & was quick to answer any questions & make accommodation for the needs of our vendors. The pond & swans were a stunning backdrop. All of my daughter's wedding dreams came true - and it all started with this gorgeous property. It will hold a special place in our memory for years to come. I am sure this is only our first stay at Maple Mountain Springs. Talk of gathering for a family reunion next summer was happening before we even left! Thank you so much Michele & Ryan - for a magical stay!

Family fun

This property actually exceeded our expectations, and based on the photos and descriptions, our expectations were pretty high. Having a property manager on site was a definite plus, as he was able to respond very quickly to any concerns we had. The house and grounds were clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated having two dishwashers, plenty of dishes which fit perfectly into the dishwashers, multiple refrigerators and freezers, pool towels, soaps and paper products provided, a dumpster on site, and the drinking fountain. We had so much fun here that we rarely left the property. With the pool, sport court, fishing pond, play area, etc., there was plenty to keep everyone busy and happy. I can't imagine a better experience for our family.

Absolutely perfect!

This property is breathtaking! We stayed for our family reunion (ages 1-74) and truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about our time. The owners thought of everything and it was even better than we imagined! Kids and adults never ran out of fun things to do -- and it was the perfect spot to have a large gathering. The beds are so comfortable - rooms are large... and nearly soundproof. The layout of the home allows for large group fun and also has enough cozy quiet spots to rest or read a book by yourself. Every detail of the home is so thought out and truly meets the needs of every age and kind of traveler. The ponds... the sports courts... the pool... the pinball machine/ping pong table... movie theater... incredible kitchen(s)... there isn't a bad view in site. We can't wait to come back for our next reunion!
