Great Home away from Home While Attending to Your Tri-State Activities.

307 Plank Rd. Bluff City, TN This is a lovely, comfortably furnished, age 30 AND ABOVE, Max 2 DOG FRIENDLY ,(NO OTHER PETS!!) home, right in the middle of the Tri-State, area. Johnson City, Bristol and Elizabethton are just minutes away. About 7 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway. Not far to trout streams of Watteau and Holston Rivers. A very convenient location, with a brand new ,6 ft. privacy fence and 4 ft. chain linked fence,fenced in shady1/2 acre yard. Has 50 ft. covered front porch, fenced in with gate, as well. NO WIFI, but smart phones with T Mobile/Sprint work well there.Large, on property driveway, with motion detector lights. Lots of restaurants/ grocery stores, close at hand. We have a basket full of local attractions available in living room.

Bristol Drag Races 2023

Myself and my family love this place!! It is our 2nd year staying here for the races. The place is awesome! We love the huge front porch.We had family and friends over for a cookout after the races and sitting on the porch that evening was incredible! The whole atmosphere was great! Thanks again for the beautiful place and all the extras you provide!!

Clean home; terrific hosts!

Ultra clean mobile home with large porch and huge yard for our two dogs. Hosts could not have been nicer! Texted after our arrival to see if we needed anything. Always quick to respond to our questions.

Delightful

This property is so clean and every detail is so thoughtful. They have everything you need for a relaxing and quiet retreat. The large fenced in yard, landscaping was a delight for our pups. The gift basket waiting for you when you arrive was the best! Tanya and Tim are easy to communicate with. Will be back to this VRBO for sure.

The property was exceptionally clean, inviting, comfortable and pet friendly. The owners Tim and Tanya were a true blessing for me and my family. We were in town due to a sick family member in the hospital and it was a rough several days for us. Their generosity and compassion made it bearable. In addition to that having a clean comfortable place to come home to you at the end of the night was more than we could have hope for. Being able to have our dog with us was awesome and an emotional support when we needed it most. If you’re ever in the area you must rent from them!

Best equipped and comfy place for us and our dog

My husband and I were in the cabin rental business once upon a time. I could have used some tips from Tim and Tanya. Their attention to detail made our stay so pleasant we didn’t want to leave. The fenced yard is perfect for dogs. As a matter of fact, when we were leaving, we had to force him to get into our car.

The owners were very nice and accommodating to our unexpected changes prior to arrival. The place was clean and well equipped. The extra items we brought were not needed. Our dog enjoyed the fences in yard and was able to run freely. My family and I wull definitely book this place again

Bristol Weekend

Traveled down for the Bristol night race and enjoyed our stay at this rental. The owners were very kind and hospitable. Even left us goodies! The trailer itself is very clean and has everything you'd need. Also, very conveniently located only 9 minutes from the speedway.

Beautiful

This property was beautiful, you feel like you're in the woods, surrounded by trees. Its fenced in for your pups luxury. They can run around and stretch their legs without being tethered to a leash. The in side is spacious and anything you need to cook with is provided. We were also left a gift basket with snacks and treats and a lovely card. We would love to say again.

My friend and I were here for two weeks. There is so much to do in this area and this property is perfectly located to see so many places. The property is clean and has everything you need. It is a plus that pets are allowed. The owners are great and really maked our stay wonderful.

Amazing dog friendly place to stay! Close to everything

We stayed for a week. Tim and Tanya are amazing hosts. They contacted me prior to our stay asking what time we'd be there. Also ask about our children, they had left a very very nice basket of stuff for our kids and us. They also were in constant contact anytime we needed anything. The fenced in yard was awesome for our dog. the huge covered porch was awesome for sitting under every day/evening. The grill was great for cooking food every night. We will definiently go back on our next visit. Also the new shower and stall was very nice! Worked great! Thank you Tim and Tanya for being so kind and having a great house for us to rent.

Out of all places we have stayed, stayin at tim and tanyas was by far the best. Not only did it feels like home from the time we walked in but they were very attentive. Tanya always made sure we were ok and having a good time. I cant wait to visit and stay again. Thank you so much t-n-t!!!!!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at Tim and Tanyas property. We loved how clean everything was, Tim and Tonya are very hospitable and nice people. We really enjoyed the gift basket that they left for us and the communication between them and us was top notch there on top of everything! We will be making yearly trips down to bluff city and this is by far much more comfortable than a hotel. Our dog was super happy, She love the big yard. It’s 1/2 an acre and it’s all fenced in so you don’t have to worry about your pets and children running into the street. If you’re looking for a little getaway with your family for like cookout then spending time together. I really think you guys will enjoy your stay here.

Home away from home. ♥️

My husband and I had to stay in 4 places the past 2 months while awaiting for our home to be built and this was our favorite by far. It was very private, cozy and a large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and to relax in the evening. Such gracious hosts are hard to find and they thought ahead of our every need. And not to mention that you are only 15-20 minutes to any shopping or restaurants. We will miss this sweet place and our newfound friends. Top notch find, for sure.

We didn't actually buy this as a vacation rental. It was our first real home and we lived there for over 20 years! Converting it to a VRBO home, just seemed like the thing to do, and it's worked out real well . We have met some great people.

This isn't a log cabin in the mountains or on the lake or anything but the location is great to do your running around in this area. The neighbors are good people and most have lived there for several years.Such a great location! Close to everything!
